Was a perfect stay in savannah right by the river front. The hotel lobby and amenities were first class and the room was huge! Super clean and the bed was really soft. If I come back to savannah this is the hotel! From the outside it doesn’t have the same look as others around, but the moment you walk in the door you feel the service and treatment is going to be amazing.

It was an awesome experience at Hyatt Savannah!
We really enjoyed the atmosphere, the view from the hotel bar, and the amenities provided.
Will definitely be booking Hyatt again when we go to Savannah the next time.

For this location at Hyatt Regency Savannah be careful with the overcharging. I spent a few hours calling trip.com and the Hyatt.
1st They over charged
2nd They have a $25 per day destination charge not paid by trip.com
3rd They have no alternative but to valet park, and it is $40 per night. You will not find out until checkout.
So add $65 dollars to every night stay to whatever trip.com charges.
This was not stated on any of the booking or info.

Great location!! The staff was welcoming and helpful! Check in and out was super quick.
Had a problem with our car in the valet that they misplaced the keys but they did everything they could to find it and didn’t charge us for the service which was really nice.
Overall was great! We’ll be back again!

Non ha senso avere una piscina senza possibilità di mettere i lettini all’esterno , prevalentemente soleggiata questa città , la piscina nei sotterranei ….anche no , facciamo almeno un solarium visto che hanno lo spazio esterno .
Peccato un bellissimo hotel .
La responsabile della reception imbranata , che pretende il pagamento “di nuovo” quando lo si è già effettuato con trip. Vergognoso .
