Serendipity Hotel

Brilliant hotel. Location was very close to the ski slopes and the centre of town. The bar had a warm, friendly atmosphere and the staff provided excellent service. Breakfast was very nice and we loved the hot tub. Nice to stay at such a warm, caring place.

We stayed for three nights in January 2024 for a short skiing trip with our family of three adults. We arrived in our hire car from Torino airport just after a one hour journey, we parked directly outside the hotel for free and the car remained there throughout. We were greeted in a really friendly and warm manner and our room was immediately available. Our ski pass was also taken care of by the hotel which was another helpful assistance. Our room was clean and very warm totally fine for the three of us. We loved the breakfast in the morning and the really helpful short minibus journey to the bottom of the ski lift. You could easily walk this but it’s so nice of them to offer this. Also we loved the drinks in the bar before dinner and can I recommend a 100% the grappa from the Veneto region of Italy which comes in a bottle almost 2m long!! What a fantastic family run hotel we felt completely comfortable and happy here and wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Ideal location in the centre of the town close to the shops , restaurants and ski lifts. Complimenti a tutti la famiglia di questo albergo. Mi è’ piaciuto molto, ringrazio per tutto. Ottimo!!’n

Beautiful, great decor, friendly and perfectly situated for an in-town ski holiday. Beds are super comfy and they worked really hard to keep our group fed and watered. Worth leaving your skis in the locker at the base of the slopes. Thank you

We stayed 3 nights early January. Well run family hotel. Super welcoming and helpful staff. Tastefully decorated. Very clean. Nice breakfast, ideal before a day of skiing. Good cocktails at the bar too. Free shuttle bus to the ski lifts. The outdoor hot tub was a real treat. Highly recommend it.

Stayed here with the family for a short ski break just before Christmas, the staff were amazing, so friendly and very helpful we really couldn’t fault them. Rooms were a nice size with a good amount of storage, bathroom quite spacious with a selection of toiletries provided and refreshed when used. The jacuzzi and solarium area on the first floor level were such a bonus and worth paying that little bit extra for. Breakfast had a large selection to choose from, pastries, cereal, boiled eggs, fruit the usual continental breakfast bits. Again couldn’t fault the service of staff at breakfast as they were more than helpful. Breakfast was the only meal we ate here as we meet friends in the evenings and dined in town.

This place is singular and special. Perfectly it is integrated with the natural environment. Building is constructed with natural elements, stone, and wood and they are so cute. The details are what it mades so special and delicate. Beds are so comfortable, bathroom is magnificent and views I have no words to described it. Breakfast is of great quality and variety. Also we dinner in their restaurant with a friendly staff and a quality a delicate plates.

A wonderful and memorable place to stay - super friendly staff, beautiful decoration, great facilities for skiers, really comfortable furnishings, awesome service and lovely food for breakfast. Thank you for looking after us!

The hotel is on the top of the mountain but easily reachable. The hotel is beautiful and very detailed all the furniture in the room are made of wood even the sink. The room is truly amazing and cozy the staff is very kind and helpful for all your needs. The beds are super comfy and the shower is really big. The only down side is the sound proofing of the room, I could hear what was going on in the room next to mine.

We stayed here with our 2 teenagers - the staff are super friendly and helpful, lovely relaxed atmosphere, and great cakes! The rooms were spacious, cleaned every day and the beds big and comfortable. And the added bonus of a shuttle to the lifts in the morning, to save the uphill walk. Thank you Serendipity!
