Came because they had a pool but they wouldn’t allow due to no lifeguard- refund or just be up front about it.

Had a good night here after a lovely day in Rhinebeck. Only thing that was a bit of a bummer was the pool wasn’t open and the train that comes thru like every 40 mins blaring its horn right as it crosses by the hotel!!!! That train would be the only reason i wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel was beautiful but we got two rooms specifically for the pool and we were not informed that the pool wasn't operational when we checked and feel we should be reemburst some of the money.

The woman who greeted us at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly.
The beds were very comfortable.
It was such a nice treat to have a hot breakfast included.
The pool was closed indefinitely. As a person with kids, it would be helpful to have this updated on website.

Overall a good experience. Front desk staff was outstanding. Room could use a deep cleaning on the rugs. Shower had some mold in the door track but I'm sure the cleaning staff gets paid next to nothing so it's understandable. Bathroom sink drain needs adjustment ant the toilet ran on occasion.

Room was comfortable and clean. Sink would not drain, no maintenance available til morning, but it was fixed promply and properly. Wish I'd known the pool was closed indefinitely though.

Front desk staff and kitchen folks were so nice and friendly. Breakfast was yummy too so many choices. I would add more fruit though. Only oranges available.
