Apart from the level of chlorine in the hot tub, everything was excellent. The room was very nice, the check in agents were very professional and courteous. Everything was very clean. The bed covering was actuality the length of the bed. I didn't need to untuck the cover to make it long enough to cover my whole body. Other hotels fold it back so far and tuck it way under. While it looks nice, it's really ANNOYING!!! The breakfast was really good both days and the dining area was clean. About the hot tub, it is hot but the bubbling never goes off and there is way to much chlorine. My eyes were burning in a matter of a short time.

Hotel is clean and comfortable and relatively easy to get to. My room was near the elevator and the ice machine, which I could hear but it wasn't too bad. Bed is comfy and pillows were awesome for my tastes. Bathroom light is on some kind of sensor and turned on in the middle of the night. Breakfast was good. Nice to have the option of actual plates and cutlery instead of disposable. They had a menu up of what was going to be served for the next three days which was nice. The printer in the business center did not work and I had to email my document to the front desk to have them print it on their computer two days in a row.

Cigarette butts littered the front entrance area, people smoking right by the doors. There were noisy guests on our floor after 11pm, called front desk and they came up once but that only worked for a few minutes.

Staff was fantastic. Room was nice. Waterslides/pool were good. Breakfast was good. Unfortunately no restaurant on location. Walmart and other locations are walkable but in winter time not dragging kids outside. Overall, very pleasant stay, will book again.

The staff member who served us 1st was rude and unhelpful, we didn’t have a credit card with us so he tried to turn us away. I asked to speak with the manager and he wouldn’t cooperate. Eventually the manger came and was very helpful and made it all work out. Very disappointing and the bed was not as comfortable as I would have hoped. Sorry for the negative response.

Out dated furniture and Tv. the room had a noisy heater couldn’t sleep. And the hotel was beyond cold and super over priced

The BW Blairmore is consistently clean and comfortable. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. This is our “go to” hotel for Saskatoon.
