Thank you for the staff changed our room to newly decorated room. Very nice view however the hotel location is quite far away

Hotel is located in a remote area of hill side. Good view, sufficient car parks. Clean. There is a small chapel inside the hotel for wedding. Yes, this is a hotel best for wedding. Beautiful outlook hotel with panoramic view of the city. Nice and I will stay in this hotel again in the next time vieiw.

酒店在山頂的最佳位置，大堂外可以俯瞰九十九島風景，我們住了2天，房間在2樓，拉開門就是青青草地，空氣清新，泡湯在一樓，有冰塊機，零食可以自助機購買。酒店的接駁班車到佐世保站也很方便，晚上和白天的車站位置不同。早餐也很不錯，邊看風景邊早餐，十分愜意。特別讓我感動的一件事是，退房後，酒店發現我的身份證信用卡鑰匙等遺忘在房間裏，下班車時，司機叫我們等待一下，我當時居然還沒發現，酒店的經理特意單獨開車給我送到了車站，來回要40分鐘，十分感謝酒店工作人員，我太粗心大意非常抱歉，也為酒店的敬業精神點贊，謝謝！！

酒店位於弓張岳展望台旁邊，上山的路挺長的，也有很多彎，我們是包車上山，但是看到了酒店的接駁小巴，還是方便的。
地理位置簡直了，晚上可以看到非常漂亮的佐世保港口夜景，豪華雙床房兩個陽台正對軍港凹字軍艦基地，白天能看到九十九島，船遊九十九島也是很值得一去的行程。
酒店是有一定年頭了，整體佔地面積不是很大，但一百樣都很齊全，甚至有一個小小的結婚禮堂，有一整面玻璃，正對海天一色，很美好。房間設施不現代，但整潔乾淨。我們一間是升級後的豪華雙床房，一間就是普通的單人房，但都有景色不錯的陽台，豪華房帶客廳，很寬敞，衞生間乾濕分離，有浴缸有淋浴，酒店也有自己的温泉很方便還能看風景。入住當天是除夕，我們定了自助晚餐，品種不算特別多，常規大類下來大概都是五六種，但食材品種和味道都還可以，不到人民幣180一人，當天客人不到三桌，想吃啥都不用搶，敞開吃。早餐同理。前台和餐廳的服務員英語水平算比較方便溝通的了，主動送行李，微笑打招呼。
最後點名表揚一下管家承遠，預訂過程挺坎坷的其實，但管家非常認真負責，回覆快，應變靈活，溝通及時，雖然來來回回折騰了兩天，但我這邊提的要求都能及時反饋溝通，儘量滿足，最後讓我們擁有了一次滿意的預訂，也讓家人對攜程的印象大好，這樣的員工真的很加分！正因如此後續又安安心心定了一家温泉酒店，雖然每家都比別人貴一點，但衝著這服務，下次還來！
