住了兩天雙卧室套房，房間和服務都不錯，打卡了米其林三星的餐廳memory，很棒！温泉也很大很舒服！唯一不滿是室內恆温游泳池被告知不能游泳，讓孩子去户外池，但是户外池又非常小，水温又冷，根本遊不開，泳池管理人員説的原話是這個泳池用來泡着放鬆的，可是這是標準泳池啊，衹能在水裡泡着不能動？要放鬆的話為什麼不去泡旁邊的温泉呢，寫着泳池卻不允許游泳、不能理解！酒店如果覺得室內泳池不適合游泳，那麼可以把室外泳池修大一點，這樣問題就解決了，畢竟除了温泉，還是有客人希望可以好好遊個泳！

Wij hebben genoten van vijf heerlijk ontspannen dagen in het Hof Bad Ragaz hotel dat deel ui**aakt van het prachtige Grand Resort Bad Ragaz. We waren wat vroeg zodat we twee uur moesten wachten voordat we een kamer kregen. Een ruime Grand Deluxe kamer aan de parkzijde van het hotel. In de tussentijd fijn geluncht in Verve by Sven en een wandeling gemaakt. Het voelt altijd goed om hier weer terug te komen. Je voelt je na een eerste bad in het fraaie Helenabad weer helemaal verkwikt. Het personeel is altijd aardig en de spa is keurig onderhouden en, net als het hele hotel, brandschoon. Elke keer hoop ik dat de vreselijke ligbedden daar vervangen zijn, maar ik vrees dat ze onverwoestbaar zijn en dat ze er over 100 jaar nog staan. Wij hebben een fijn verblijf van vijf dagen gehad en komen er altijd uitgerust vandaan. Er is hier buiten mooie wandelingen maken, een boek lezen en bezoekjes aan de spa, niet veel te doen. Wij lagen elke avond vroeg op bed. Wij vermoeden dat dit het absolute laagseizoen is voor het hotel waardoor er wat minder supervisie was en personeel op vakantie was. Wij vonden de service in de de lounge van Hof Bad Ragaz niet meer op vijfsterren niveau. Deze was te vrijpostig, te onervaren en, zeker onder elkaar, ook te luidruchtig. Ook de sfeer in de lounge in Quellenhof zou iets maar aandacht mogen krijgen door ‘s avonds het licht iets meer te dimmen en wat meer ka****n te laten branden. Het is er te fel verlicht. Wij zijn er er paar keer weggelopen omdat het niet gezellig overkwam. Wij vonden de service in Olives d’Or en in de Zollstube erg goed. Verder werden de Covid-voorzorgsmaatregelen goed in acht genomen waardoor wij ons in het hele resort veilig hebben gevoeld.

Grand Resort Bad Ragaz is a perfect hotel! All the restaurants serve good food and have a very nice service. Start/end your evening in the Verve by Sven Bar in the good hands of mister Nowak. The hotel is also a must for golfers, first hole a side the hotel. Great pool and fitness facilities. Don’t forget to book a massage/beaty trea**ent. We Will be back soon!

We were celebrating 40th Anniversary and OMG it was the best hotel we ever stated at. It was as if we had gone to heaven. EVERYTHING was fabulous from check in/out, dining, comfort of bed and cleanliness. The spa and inhouse restaurants are a must and if you need help with anything the concierge are fantastic. Everyone is so helpful, friendly and courteous. The outside grounds, the snow capped mountains and the town itself is like something you would see in a fairy tail book. Everything about the area was magnificent. Everything within walking distance. Could not recommend highly enough hopefully we will be back again and again

Excellent resort hotel with great spa. Big hotel and sometimes you get turned around so more hotel facility direction signs would be helpful. (I saw other clients going back and forth and thus a bit lost.) Great facilities and choice of spa and outdoor activities. Ate at Memories and a bit disappointed as overly expensive and in my view not so innovative for a 3 star level (I have done many.). No plate really wowed me but of course quality was good. Sommelier excellent! Too many meat dishes (3) in the 11 course menu so would modify this portion. Breakfast at Olive was very good but more sneeze guards and protections should be put in place for the hygiene. (Saw a child playing with fruit.) I would return as hotel overall great and environment surrounding hotel very enticing.

Real 5 star experience. Highly competent and friendly staff across all functions. Excellent spa experience coupled with medical advice on site. Choice off 6 restaurants. The private spa pool for hotel guests is a dream. Wide range of guests from young couples and families to older people.

This hotel’s service is overall perfect. Friendly and helpful staff, great facilities, beautiful rooms and michelin star food. I have a hard time thinking of anything negative as our stay there was absolutely perfect. We can’t wait to go back.

I realised this hotel was going to be good (its reputation precedes it) but not as good as this. It was superb. There wasn’t one element that could be criticised. The food, the rooms, the facilities, the staff… everything was A class and top notch. I know its expensive place to stay, but aren’t so many hotels also expensive, and fail to deliver despite their high costs. Yes, this is expensive but when you receive a product as high end and professional as this, then you should be only too delighted to pay for it. Congratulations Grand Resort Bad Ragaz for maintaining a standard to which other hotels strive to, but often fail, to achieve. I would return here for sure, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to friends and family.
