Bespoke Hotel Sapporo

I checked in on 21 July 2021 around 22:30. I was very impressed with all the decorations and the very “ADVANCED” electronic ID check in system which gave the hotel a very trendy and modern. At that time, I was serviced by a polite female front desk officer. I was not familiar with the tablet provided by the hotel and they asked me to use the front camera to take a photo of my residence card, it was late at night and my friend and I would proceed as quickly as possible so that we would not cause any trouble to the staff, but I tried using the tablet several times and it just would not work. Suddenly, one of the male staff, Murakawa-san, came to my rescue being very “HELPFUL” and instructed me saying“ カード前に持って” , with a loud and “CLEAR” voice in a very strong tone. Even though with his help, the tablet simply would not work. I personally have never written any feedbacks for hotels which I have stayed around the world. I have had good experiences staying at Nest Hotel Japan and I was so looking forward to trying Bespoke during my Hokkaido trip. Even with several unsuccessful attempts, that supervisor Murakawa-san had the audacity to tell me to put my hand in front of the tablet in imperatives without being so much as polite to me as a customer who happens to understand Japanese, the whole incident was absolutely absurd and I had never expected such experience to take place in Japan.

Room very clean and comfortable with good location also affordable price .

Found a few strands of hair in the bathroom. Otherwise, it's all perfect!

Location is perfect for shopping and food. Room not dirty but certain areas need vacuuming. No space to hang clothes.

My family of 3 went to Sapporo to see the Snow Festival. We booked 2 Superior King Rooms for 2 nights. The room size was small so we were glad we booked 2 rooms. I don't think we would've been comfortable if 3 of us shared one room. But the location! Location was fantastic! Easy walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go - Susukino Ice World, Odori Park, Nijo market, good restaurants & cafes, Mega Donki etc. etc. The staff was very kind and provided ready assistance whenever we needed it. Communicating in English was no problem. On-site parking was a big plus too. Highly recommend this hotel for travelers going to Sapporo!

Very Good Location, the bed is bigger compare to rest of hotels that we stayed in japan

Great hotel great location great service and facilities. Room is big and decent, direct view to TV tower from room. Direct access to main shopping street, macdonalds just opposite. Definitely will stay again

The hotel is fabulously clean, amenities are well chosen and of higher quality compared to business hotels of same price range. Location can be a little far from major stations but it was a pleasant walk from Sapporo Station without much difficulty finding the place. The service was excellent although check-In was done on a tablet mostly when the front clerk was right in front of me which was a shame as the person could have done the same. (It could be the hotel's initiative on digitalizing the guest info sheet that is a legal requirement for hotels to do, I do rather type on the tablet than writing on a sheet of paper as I have horribly illegible writing style)

Good location and good services. Will revisit it in my next trip to Sapporo
