Nice location which is not far from the station Odori. But it was a pity there is no onsen in the hotel. The reception was nice. The bathroom in the room was lage compared with the other hotel I stayed when I was in Hokkaido. 😂

The location is good as it is nearby amenities and transportation is convenient, the staff is friendly and the buffet breakfast is superb with what we paid, overall happy and enjoying to stay here for 4 nights, thanks to all.

The hotel and facility are very old (they still use the key not key card) but clean. location is okay because there’s family mart nearby and easy to walk to tanukikoji street

Well mannered and helpful reception. I arrived very early in the morning, was able to leave my belongings at the hotel before checking in. A long walk from and to the Sapporo station so plan ahead. Free Onsen powder - very therapeutic, you may need 3 packs or more for stronger aroma.

Location is superb. 5 minutes walk to Odori Station with full metro connection. Also near Odori Park and TV tower. Room size is just be right for 2 but for too small for triple sharing. Airport Express bus stop is also a few minutes walk away.
My ceiling lights above writing and coffee table were out of order, informed receptionist and the answer was negative, means it's always like that.
We brought our own toothbrush instead of using those provided but was taken away by the housekeeper. We replaced it but the next day again they disposed it.
Otherwise the hotel is ok to book.
