Very satisfied with my stay at the Residenza Hotel for the second time, from the comfort of the room with a very good bed, bathroom and air. And especially the magnificent trea**ent of All hotel staff. The breakfast was very complete and rich. Thank you.

Local simples, mas com excelência na simpatia dos atendentes e funcionários. Ótima localização, perto do metrô, da Av. Paulista, de shopping, de opções para comer. Café da manhã simples, mas com o necessário e tudo muito bem feito. Higienização diária dos quartos e trocas de toalhas. Cabe uma reforma, troca de colchões e lençóis etc, mas nada disso desabonou a experiência. Nota 10!

A localização perfeita, os recepcionistas muito atenciosos, em especial o Khalil. Tudo bem organizado e limpo. Simples, mais aconchegante. Super indico e claro voltarei mais vezes. Quem quer tudo isso num lugar só e cheio oportunidades, não pode deixar de sr hospedar lá.

Boa atenção. Bom serviço. Bom café da manhã. Bem localizado. Espaço confortável e bastante bem organizado. Confortável. Só precisam melhorar a iluminação dos quartos e mudar as torneiras dos banheiros.

O hotel é simples e atende as minhas expectativas, viajei e me senti em casa tudo muito confortável e o atendimento excelente (do Khalil principalmente) me auxiliou em vários aspectos e sempre se prontificando em me ajudar. As meninas do café também são uns amores, tudo muito próximo e com muita facilidade de locomoção, voltarei mais vezes.

Hotel honesto e muito aconchegante! A localização é um ponto forte! Café da manhã tem o necessário e me atendeu muito bem! Quarto limpo com AC e aquecedor, TV com canais pagos, cama confortável e banheiro limpo! Alguns pontos não tão bons é que cobram pelos ovos fritos um valor simbólico, mas cobram; O chuveiro do meu quarto quase não saía água fria, o que deixava a água as vezes bem quente. A localização é ótima, com barzinho em frente e estação do metrô a poucos minutos de caminhada. Fica pertinho da Paulista. Recomendo e voltarei com certeza! Ah… tem uma lavandeira self-service no próprio hotel o que dá uma praticidade enorme.
