Gostei muito do hotel e seu atendimento, café da manhã ótimo o problema foi o localização que é no centro de São Paulo, tem muitos usuários de drogas e o clima de tenção é constante, com muitos relatos de furtos de celular.

A localização é péssima, inundada de moradores de rua e drogados, inclusive do lado de fora da porta do hotel. Descobrimos que é a menos de 1km da famosa Cracolândia, o que tornou desagradável a nossa primeira experiência em São Paulo.
O café da manhã é insatisfatório, o pior que já experimentamos em hotéis. A segurança é horrível.
Tivemos uma péssima experiência com isso, saímos do hotel na manhã deixando a chave na recepção conforme pedem, e ao voltarmos final de tarde os atendentes da recepção (que não conhecíamos ainda) falaram que nossa chave não estava com eles e que portanto alguém deveria ter entrado no nosso quarto. Ficamos extremamente assustadas, e os atendentes apenas ficaram olhando para a gente - um deles deu até uma risadinha - enquanto afirmávamos que tínhamos sim deixado a chave na recepção. Após até revirarmos nossas bolsas, o outro atendente finalmente decidiu conferir as chaves deles, e a nossa estava sim lá, apenas "no lugar errado".
Infelizmente não recomendamos esse hotel a ninguém.

Hotel is right in the middle of São Paulo’s “skid row” — surrounded by homeless and **********. Very unsafe. Do not stay here, ever.

It was a decent getaway for the price, got to escape reality on the top floor with very little sound coming in. However, the neighborhood isn’t very safe. It’s best to make sure you stay inside until morning

El servicio del personal muy bueno siempre amables y aconsejándonos para estar seguros. Las instalaciones del hotel son antiguas y básicas pero limpio.
Por desconocer pensamos que el centro sería seguro y resultó todo lo contrario. La zona no es segura
