價格貴，位置靠近beco de Batman。酒店設施很老舊，馬桶沖水按一下，留了一整晚的水，叫修理工過來修，第二天才來。

The hotel seems to not have had an update since the 80s. All still works, though. Check-in took me ＞50 min, and getting an invouce with the company name took 3 attempts asking and asking again. Haven't had such a pain in 15 years frequent travelling on check-in - which in other hotels is automated these days..

Overall it was ok, the building is very old, you can tell with the rooms and elevator. Needs renovation

The hotel is very well located and has all the needed services. The staff is very kind. Only the gym is very small. Also, the price is very convenient.

For the first time in my life I stayed in a dirty hotel with "bed buggy". Avoid this hotel!!

Overall, the hotel is quite nice and has a nice view of the city on the rooftop, the area is ok, not much to see around except for Batman alley, you will have to arrange transportation for all other major tourist locations. We felt somewhat safe.
