Eu fui com minha irmã para um evento em São Paulo fiquei 4 dias e amei ! Pessoal do restaurante muito simpático ! Estão de parabéns ! Muito solícitos com tudo ! Ponto de táxi na porta ! Quartos cômodos ! Foi uma boa experiência!!

Inicialmente me deparei com o fato do estacionamento ser pago, ainda que o anuncio descreva que dado serviço é "disponível" - o que leva a dúbia interpretação. Um segundo ponto de crítica foi o fato de ter colocado eu, e minha família (esposa e filho com menos de 02 anos), em um andar para fumantes - acho que faltou sensibilidade. Em ato contínuo, ao chegar no quarto, observei que o berço para meu filho não estava montado; havia apenas uma cama de casal. Ao solicitar referido berço, fui questionado se na minha reserva eu tinha feito esta observação: tive que mostrar a reserva realizada no site da "Trip", onde observei a estadia de meu filho - o que denota, por óbvio, a necessidade de um berço, pois o quarto reservado possuía apenas uma cama de casal. Por fim, mas não menos importante, classifico o café da manhã do hotel como um dos piores que já presenciei. Durante o período que permaneci no salão de refeição (cerca de 25 minutos), não foi disponibilizado, se quer, pão - e dado fato foi observado por todos os demais hóspedes que estavam no recinto naquele dia. Sinceramente, não pretendo me hospedar em tal hotel, nem tão pouco indicá-lo a alguém.

Rude staff, slow with no intention of improving the stay. I stayed in room 1209, the shower door didn't close, the drain was blocked and the soap dish was falling out. I asked to change rooms and they said they couldn't. The cleaning of the room was very poor and the service was terrible. I don't recommend it even for one night

was good but not perfect...my best concerning is about cleaning...thre was a dead cockroach in a restaurant and nobody cleaned it and also the room floor was not cleaned during my stay

The room and bathroom were dirty and moldy. The bedding didn't fit the matress, there werent enough blankets. The curtains were loaded with dust that flew when opening. Breakfast was mediocre and staff was always on the way and didn't know what kind of foods they had. The keycards didn't work most of the time. The swimming pool was dingy and dirty, so was the gym.
We won't be staying here again.

The room I am/was was kind of noisy. I could hear other rooms noise, like shower plumbing and A.C. noises.
