Bom café da manhã e localização perfeita mas estão em reforma e falta muito pros aptos ficarem em boas condições...vc tem que conviver com a reforma e barulho o tempo todo

Very, loud and noisy room facing the street.
They did not refund my last nights stay as I was lead to believe and told they would do. They breakfast area was very small for all the guests and the selection was not that good for the amount of money I paid per night. I have stayed at other hotels the same price or less money with much better breakfast food choices.

Por estar no centro de Sampa,o local tem muitos moradores de rua,e tem q tomar cuidado cm celulares.Mas o hotel é bem acolhedor!

O hotel até que não é ruim, mas o entorno é uma zona de guerra. Evite ao máximo se deslocar à noite pela região (não recomendo para mulheres desacompanhadas.). Quarto razoável, com ventilador de teto barulhento. Chuveiro não sai muita água. Não há isolamento acústico, então espere noites mal-dormidas. Elevador antigo, com porta retrátil, o qual precisa ser modernizado. Café da manhã fraco. Em resumo, não vale o preço cobrado, utilizei apenas por falta de opção melhor, não me hospedaria de novo. Não flexibilizam o horário de check-out.

A localização era perigosa. A limpeza foi ok. Mas, tem que melhorar no cafe da manha, e precisa de uma reforma nos quartos. Nada silencioso, rua muito abandonada e barulhenta.

O hotel é simples, porém acolhedor. Recepcionistas educados e atenciosos. O que precisa mudar é a acústica, têm muitos barulhos na região. O vidro do banheiro não veja, fica entreaberto. Aí, todo o barulho externo é horrível! De resto tudo bem.

O hotel é simples, porém limpo. Destaque pro banheiro que é branquinho e bem limpo. Não tem luxos mas para quem busca pagar barato e estar em um hotel limpo, com bom café da manhã e com funcionários educados, esse é o lugar.

Localização excelente mas o quarto mesmo sendo barato deixa muito a desejar… destaque para o chuveiro elétrico com fiação exposta e agua quente não funcionava (apenas a morna). Café da manhã bom apesar de não ter uma sanduicheira elétrica ou algo para esquentar o pão l.
