Buen hotel, en excelente ubicación. Algo caro para el estado en el que está. Instalaciones correctas, sin que sobre nada.

A bit old and not very clean. I saw some stains on sofa and got flea bite from the pillow on the bed.

Very friendly staff, comfortable room with a very comfortable bed, the bathroom was fine but could benefit from renovation. Breakfast was basic but very nice - enough variety of hot and cold food. Good location in safe area.

The desk manager was very kind and super helpful - many thanks to Vittoria! The room was perfect and location ideal. A very xute pool and delicious buffet that includes jot food. All the staff was excellent in fact.

I was quite happy with my stay at Mercure Pamplona. The room is very spacious and comfortable, the location is excellent - near attractions, metro and good restaurants - and teh condition of the facilities is great. I would only say that hot food options for breakfast are not the best. But this may be a case of preference only. I would be more than happy to stay there again nonetheless.

Fiquei por 04 dias no hotel. Em geral, gostei! O quarto é bem espaçoso, cama boa, chuveiro bom, bem amplo..porém fui a trabalho e precisei usar o computador até tarde, qdo percebi que nem todas as luzes do quarto estavam pegando, então ficou mais escuro do que eu gostaria (no caso, n tinha todas as lâmpadas). Senti falta na entrada do hotel de rampa de acesso. Estava com uma mala grande e pesada e ao descer do Uber tive que subir uns 6 degraus com mais de 25kg, o que não foi prático. Imaginei como cadeirantes ou pessoas idosa fariam. O café da manhã tb poderia melhorar muito. Achei bem mais ou menos pelo padrão do hotel. Recepcionistas e demais funcionários do hotel são simpáticos.

Chegamos e tivemos a surpresa do estacionamento nao estar incluso, no site nao estava escrito de forma clara pagamento a parte.
Horario do cafe da manha confuso, cada dia um diferente, devido a isso perdemos a hora no ultimo dia mas os funcionários foram solicitos e nos deixaram levar o cafe para o quarto.
Suco muito ruim, suco de laranja é basico e estava aguado, o detox tambem
Ar condicionado nao gelava suficiente.
Wi fi nao funciona!
Restante tudo mto bom, cama e banho maravilhosos, espaçoso, organizado, mto confortavel e mto bem localizado, pretendo voltar.

Já é a quinta vez que me hospedo no Mercure Pamplona. Gosto muito do quarto e da localização. Pela primeira vez, fiz reserva com café da manhã e deixou muito a desejar. Gostaria de fazer um registro sobre o excelente atendimento da recepcionista Raissa.

Atendimento checkin e checkout foi muito bom, porem o atendimento do café da manhã está muito a quem. Buffet mau abastecido as 8:00 da manhã, e profissionais totalmente mau preparados. Pessoas humildes e bem intensionadas, porem sem preparo algum
