The place it’s really amazing, the rooms are really comfortable and super clean. The breakfast it’s amazing and the staff always helpful! Next time when I go to São Paulo I know where stay it’s a home away from home!

Met all our expectations. Clean apartment, good amenities, friendly staff, especially Alexandra. Amazing breakfast.
Only downside is it is close to CGH Airport approach, so you may hear the noise of planes landing through 11pm.

The hotel is based in a nice area safe and not too noisy. The room are a bit old and not very well isolated, i was there in August and it was a bit cold in my bedroom. The breakfast is nice with plenty to choose from. I wish they would update the room. Ok for a couple of days, i would not stay there for a longer time.

In the overall, found it a bit weak. Several problems with the room, stayed 2 nights and had no cleaning after 1 night, asked more towels and they never delivered, sound isolation is non existent, i asked a king bed, had 2 singles and they couldnt do anything for being overbooked.
The weirdeste detail is the room had only 1 glass window instead of two and the excuse given was due to security reasons. There was a black shelf to replace the missing window but all sound and cold was coming from outside.
Breakfast was decent. Nothing special. Staff wasnt very helpful.
The hotel in the overall isnt bad but far of the quality from they charge.

De todos os Mercures que já me hospedei, este, sem dúvida, é o pior. Ao chegar no quarto, liguei o ar condicionado e era possível ouvir o barulho da condensadora do lado de fora, velha e sem manutenção. Impedindo o descanso. O recepcionista concordou em me trocar de quarto. O novo quarto era ligeiramente melhor, mas ainda sim um som bastante alto que vem do painel elétrico do quarto no período da noite. O quarto não tem acústica satisfatória, qualquer barulhinho da rua (incluindo aviões) eram ouvidos de maneira alto e clara. A internet também era inoperante. Tive de usar a internet do meu próprio celular, pois a velocidade era baixa e o sinal também não cobria o apartamento de maneira satisfatória.

Muito aquém do que é esperado para um hotel da rede Mercure. Não há sistema de ventilação na sala (nem ventilador nem ar condicionado), apenas há um ar condicionado no quarto. Maioria esmagadora de tomadas no padrão velho. Não possui smart TVs. Muito decepcionante que a rede Mercure possua um hotel com quartos desse nível. O preço definitivamente não condiz com a realidade do que o hotel oferece. Péssimo custo benefício.
