Usually the experience at Transamerica chain is great, but this time I had a very unfortunate mishap - the hotel shut down all the water (hot and cold) when I was in the middle of the shower, and even suggested I went to another room covered only with towels.

Hotel bem antigo, acomodações que precisam ser revitalizadas, quarto muito frio, aquecimento pouco eficiente, banheiro antigo com chuveiro baixo pra minha estatura (1,86), room service não é bom e é caro para qualidade que oferece.

Excelente estadia, conforto e comodidade. Quartos em ótimo tabagismo, dispondo de cofre, janelas com cortinas blackout, café da manhã variado com reposição rápida.

It is a good hotel but it needs some tender loving care and updating in the rooms. Their personnel and service is fantastic. Location is fantastic as a Business Hotel. Strongly recommend their restaurant. Now they have both Indian and Italian restaurant. I have always eaten their indian food which is superb but this time I tried the Italian Menu and it was as good.
