Apenas não gostamos do fato de pedir para limpar o quarto, em um momento que não estaríamos e não foi feito a limpeza (manhã) e foram as 15 para limpar e estávamos no quarto. Equipe muito atenciosa e preocupada

WIFI was terrible in the room. So if you need wifi, do not go there. If not the hotel is very good and the breakfast is fantastic

I really like the hotel. Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. Great ambiance. I even stay an extra night. Definitely a nice hotel!

Houve um vazamento enorme na pia do banheiro e perdi maquiagens, fiquei com as necessaires encharcadas e acabei atrasando todo o meu dia..
Os travesseiros do quarto sempre apresentam um odor azedo desagradável. Como VIP/gold, a despeito do benefício de buffet de café da manhã grátis para 2 pessoas, sempre me cobram quando levo alguém e preciso mostrar prints, enviar msgs e e-mails para comprovar o benefício , o que sempre atrasa o check/out.. nunca tive upgrade de quarto, mesmo com o hotel relativamente vago.. a quadra de tennis nunca está disponível para os hóspedes, pois a preferência é para quem paga o professor contratado pelo hotel.. a academia possui equipamentos de musculação extremamente antigos e até perigosos! Enfim, muito frustrante a hospedagem e acho que apresentam alto potencial pra melhorar, por isso fica a crítica pra ajudar nesse crescimento e melhoria para os hóspedes que pagam caro pelo hotel!

O Hotel faltou energia durante 10 horas ,onde não teve nenhuma assistência e sim puro descaso.Fui comprar água de coco tinha acabado,ou seja o hotel não estava preparado para receber essa quantidade de hóspedes
