The building needs a lot of updates. Some dirty spots in the room and toilet ,but ok .not big deal . Whatever when I arrived at night my room looks was dark, because the 2 main lights were burned out, I called the reception, I was told that there was no maintenance, only the next day! unbelievable, I couldn't work, I decided not to stay at the hotel.

Standard ibis. Decent room. A little dated. Needs upgrade on bathrooms and hallway smell. Other than that it was good.

Encontrei vários cabelos do sexo feminino no quarto e banheiro. Café da manhã fraco, pra quem segue dieta restrita como eu, sofre. Tive que esperar 30 minutos para reposição dos ovos mexidos e mamão, e quando os repuseram, era mais creme de leite do que ovo e o mamão totalmente sem gosto. Resolvi pedir omelete com tomate somente, pois eles não tem queijo branco, porém o tomate havia acabado, pasmem. Após aguardar mais 20 minutos pelo omelete, consegui finalizar meu café da manhã.

Experiência quarto: O hotel tem quartos mofados, porta do quarto emperrada e o banheiro/box com muito limo. O controle do ar condicionado fica fixado na parede e está desregulado. Experiência restaurante: O hotel declarou após o check in que a cozinha estava passando por reforma, mas que na terça estaria com o atendimento totalmente reestabelecido. Durante a hospedagem, as informações foram contraditórias e tinha apenas um único prato para servir com o horário fora do padrão inicial de atendimento - às 12h a cozinha ainda não tinha iniciado. Aliás, o atendimento péssimo. Não recomendo e não retorno

Hotel simples, ar condicionado estragado, difícil de regular pois o controle estava com problema, o hotel está passando por reforma e o barulho incomoda bastante e o pior a reforma é feita sábado e domingo tb. Reclamei na recepção e nada foi feito. Entendo que reforma de segunda a sexta horário comercial é aceitável mas sábado e domingo é inadmissível ( horário de 10 às 14h). Não volto mais!!! E não recomendo pois nesse valor tem várias opções em São Luís.
