Ponto positivo é o café da manhã que estava bem servido para o padrão íbis. Ponto negativo é o estacionamento pago a parte, em outros Íbis o estacionamento está incluso.

Da recepção ao restaurante, o atendimento é muito bom. O quarto é bem espaçoso e limpo. Banheiro bem equipado e higienizado. Ar condicionado 🥰. Café da manhã bem diversificado, espaço amplo e bonito. Tem paredes Instagramaveis. Fica ao lado do shopping colinas e de vários restaurantes, que por sinal são excelentes.

Cama muito ruim. A cama fazia barulho o tempo todo. As molas a cada virada na cama fazia um barulho horrível e incomodou demais. As roupas de cama são muito desgastadas, amareladas de tanto usar. Necessário trocar com urgência. Chuveiro bom. Ar condicionado bom. Café bom.

Já fiquei nesse Íbis outra vez, mas foi bem ruim essa estadia. Banheiro com barulho na descarga e vazando água. Funcionários muito educados, mas a manutenção precisa ser revisada. Como ficamos só uma noite e chegamos muito tarde acabei nem solicitando troca de quarto

Gostei bastante da acomodação.
Apenas uma crítica.
Os travesseiros, muito bons, eram grandes para as fronhas, igualmente boas, tornando o uso dos mesmos desagradável.
Problema solucionado tirando o travesseiro da fronha...
Mas acho que pode ser melhor.

Identificar no cartão até nos corredores a classe de luxo, o frigobar não tinha nada então para que a geladeira e ainda ligada, banheiro sem o exaustor, tv sem opção em geral td ruim
