標註的是海棠區，實則入住位置是陵水區，靠着土福灣，位置比較偏，周圍都是村子，購物吃飯不是很方便，我們有車自駕還好，要是打車的話，應該很不方便，有被騙的感覺！！！房間比較潮，我們入住當天，地板上都是水，開了一天空調好多了……住了兩晚發生兩個插曲，一是父母想看電視，結果電視連不上網，二是晚上從外邊回去，密碼鎖打不開房門了，門鎖壞了，最後聯繫管家拿了鑰匙才打開……小區環境倒是可以，希望管家能夠及時檢查房間硬件問題。

每年來海南都要來這住，已經像自己家一樣了。衞生環境都不用説了，很放心。最加分的是管家服務，小樂，庭佳，阿鑽，服務真的非常周到🫰

設施：冰箱洗衣機電視機智能馬桶等等都齊全了，整體裝修很簡潔乾淨
服務：管家服務很貼心，會根據需求提供東西，入住期間若屋內無人，也不會貿然闖進添置物品。管家會把周邊吃喝玩樂所有的內容都給到
環境：陽台就是一線海景，樓下也有游泳池，很方便，周邊夜宵攤點還是可以的

一次完美的旅行🧳，感謝羣內的每個小夥伴，都是有求必應，在大過年運力不足的情況下，各種支持和幫助，減少了很多焦慮。而且每次都會非常熱情的詢問毛巾替換，送生活必須品等。感覺亮庭團隊的小夥伴們都是積極樂觀向上的一羣人，這次和他們一起初合作，感受到了家的温暖和幸福。特別鳴謝佳佳，超級温暖的女生，真的幫助很多，送我和我父母去酒店，幫助我買葯等等，有求必應。超級温暖！謝謝🙏大家！還會再來的！

哇塞，超值的，這個價錢，這個環境，這個條件，真的是超棒👍🏻，管家服務態度很好，細緻入微，還會提前通知加羣聯繫，真方便，而且衞生很乾凈，就像在自己家一樣，真不錯，推薦開車的小夥伴們入住，如果是公交車或者是打車，不太方便

性價比很高，給長者訂的，免費升級了三室的房子，小區配套很好，管家服務很到位，地點在海棠灣 海棠長灘一號，離海南環島高速出口也很近，小區內部有食堂（早15，中晚30）和超市。唯一缺點就是新小區，周邊配套和飯館較少。

這裡是我自駕來海南住的最好的的房間，沒什麼可挑剔的，小區環境好，樓下就是泳池，出門就是沙灘，房間陽台特別大，面朝大海視野好，廚房可以做飯，餐具特別多，跟居家沒什麼區別，毛巾和床品用的都特別舒服，住的有點不捨得走

連住八天，乾淨衞生，設施齊全，有種家的感覺，尤其做飯的鍋碗瓢盆非常多而全，服務態度很好。小區綠化好 配套設施完善，下次來還會定這家酒店，值得下次再來，感謝小沐等的團隊熱情服務，謝謝了！
