房間非常好，老闆也很熱情！剛到的時候房間還沒收拾，老闆就在旁邊幫我們弄麻將，教我們開門調熱水什麼的！房間可以看到海，也可以看到對面的亞特蘭蒂斯酒店，可以用樓下的游泳池。衞生間地板流水有點慢，不影響使用。拿外賣要去樓下，也不算遠。總的來説體驗挺好的！

公寓就在亞特蘭蒂斯酒店旁邊，位置絕佳，到水世界和免税城都很近，前面就是別墅區，樓下就是免費泳池，房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，無敵海景，躺在床上就能看日出，打車和點外賣都很方便。老闆是東北人服務熱情周到，有求必應，給我們安排了高層相鄰的房間，還安排了專車接送機，性價比超高，以後來還住他家。

航班一再延期，早晨5點才到，辛苦接機司機兄弟。從小區可推行李箱至亞特蘭蒂斯酒店，行程3分鐘，非常方便。先住3號樓看亞特，再住1號樓看海上日出。酒店管家非常熱情，服務周到，非常感謝！

小區離海邊很近，走幾分鐘就到了，旁邊就是皇冠假日酒店，海棠灣海邊的沙子很細很柔軟，雖然不含餐，但是別墅裏可以自己做飯，帶着長者和孩子非常方便。管家服務很到位，有求必應，而且非常及時周到。很滿意的一次出行，有機會還會再來。

我們的房間在12樓，風景真的很好看，風也很大，老闆也很好。就是去那個酒店的時候要和老闆提前聯繫，定位不是公寓的位置。可以直接從小區過去亞特蘭蒂斯看海底世界免費的。樓下有游泳池，必須穿泳裝才能下水，走路七八分鐘就能到海邊，海邊不能游泳，浪非常大。三亞基本房間都潮潮的，有點味道，但是都能接受。老闆服務很好，推薦大家。我們住的3號樓，老闆説外賣衹能送到2號樓的外賣櫃裏，自己拿，下去也就幾分鐘。

真是令人驚喜的別墅，小區環境非常好，近海灘，屋內有桌球桌、麻將機，房間都很大。管家服務周到熱情。感謝！

房間很棒，一線海景房，躺在床上就能看日出日落，風景超級漂亮，下次來了還住他們家。老闆很熱情，推薦的飯店也很好吃，旁邊就是亞特蘭蒂斯，可以免費進去看水族館，離蜈支洲島也很近，性價比超高

非常好的酒店！老闆是東北人熱情好客，房間超大，乾淨明亮衞生，一應俱全，可以做飯，非常適合家庭度假，左手邊是皇冠假日，右手邊是亞特蘭蒂斯，相距不過百米，正對大海，走路幾分鐘就可以到沙灘海邊散步，一樓有超市和外賣櫃，周圍有環球美食街和免税城餐飲豐富，超大露天泳池，我們住了三天，每天都起來看日出，非常漂亮！

來三亞一週以來這是我們住過的最乾淨，服務最好的別墅了，因為有長者和小朋友，所以對採光也很注重，這裏一切的條件都滿足了。酒店新裝修，商家給免費升級
