每次去崖州科技城都是住酒店，這次因為酒店滿員第一次住三亞崖州的酒店公寓，結果一住就是七天。入住時，前台小哥給我辦理了房型升級，房間大，50平方米，有兩個卧室，兩個陽台，配備洗衣機冰箱，有一張辦公桌。位置很好，小區環境好，比較安靜，不遠處有新開的一個購物中心，各種風格餐館，還有星巴克和肯德基。另外酒店公寓所在小區還有早餐供應，可以選擇包含在房價中，也可以單點。

三亞旅遊一定要多住幾天，酒店小區裏有買早飯的食堂，小區不遠處有超市和吃飯的地方，房間很大，就是設計不夠好，淋浴和衞生間在一起感覺有些小。離大小洞天和南山寺比較近。離機場近，能聽到飛機聲。

衞生差到極點，床單被罩全是灰塵沙粒，感覺一兩個月沒人住過了；杯子很臟，感覺上個人用過後根本沒洗。房間設施也是一言難盡，馬桶堵住的；沒有吹風機。服務也是一言難盡，訂了兩天，第二天一早外出讓人打掃，結果下午回來了房間也沒有打掃，説是續住衹能3點半以後打掃。
除了前台説話態度還不錯，其他體驗差到極點，很糟糕的一次入駐體驗。

酒店在小區裏，去往南山寺、大小洞天都方便，不遠的三角梅公園很漂亮！房間乾淨，衹可惜衞生間不是乾濕分離，有些侷促。店家服務周到，年三十給準備了餃子，驚喜！

入住後，房間被陌生人打開了！
投訴酒店後，過了兩個多小時，酒店回覆説忙，先處理登記其他客人入住！

在崖州科技城，離三亞市中心還有50多，公里小區內部環境很好，小區門口有些小的飲食店和超市，自駕可以，其他交通方式的不推薦。房子比較新，但衞生打掃真的不行，牆角有一團團的頭髮、還有蟲*、灰塵，和客服説了讓用吸塵器吸一下灰，結果來打掃的説沒吸塵器。客廳裏沒有紙巾，晚上廚房裡還有小蟑螂。好好的一套房子全毀在衞生上。
