This hotel located at phoenix Island, phoenix island have 5 buildings looks same, we stayed in D building our hotel run by a small group hotel. All swimming pool without water

The same island have phoenix resorts which run by professional hotel group with outdoor swimming pool,
We are not allowed to enter in that pool, that’s only for phoenix resorts customers,

I got to live here after the hotel I booked originally cancelled while in the flight to Sanya. It isn’t a place I’d ordinarily stay in but it did the job- accommodated me. It’s called sky-view but was given the 7th floor. The walls are so thin so I could hear neighbors and their noisy children the entire 5 nights I was there. Check in was a nightmare. I was dropped in one building, took to another to check in and then taken to another to my room. The room’s keys were not available when I got to my door so I had wait, luggage and all. WiFi was immensely unstable by day 3. Thin pillows that I had to use the couch cushion as an auxiliary.

Room on the 12th floor having very nice terrace with great view on the sea!
The room itself though needs a renovation - e.g. scratched or dirty walls, broken tiles under the shower, lose towel hooks.
Outdoor pool at our building was unfortunately closed so I cannot give any opinion on that.

房間性價比超高：設施設備齊全完善，尤其浴缸擺放露台浪漫温馨。露台白天黑夜（璀璨夜景有時間段）都可俯瞰鳳凰島碼頭近景和海灣遊艇遠景，視野開闊。建議公寓各樓層統一管理為好，租借公司各行其是，有時遇到問題解決起來有點麻煩。
