The view from our room was stunning. The room was very clean. Our only complaint is finding the check in office. The complex shares multiple hotels and it was incredibly difficult to find the correct check in office due to the language barrier. Luckily, we ran into a friend who helped us find the office. Overall, great experience.

Second visit at this location! Central location at Haitang Bay (next to the Atlantis resort). 15 minute walk from CDF mall and food plaza. Clean, relaxing, access to the big pool and the beach. Have on-site mini-market and snack machines.

五居室，兩層，樓下三個卧室，樓上兩個，可以住五家人完全沒有問題，帶泳池小朋友特別開心，車能直接開到地庫，特別方便

酒店位置在亞特蘭蒂斯度假區。房間乾淨整潔，在大陽台上面就能看到大海，視野非常無敵，樓下還有泳池，走路幾分鐘就能到達海邊，前台服務人員給她贊👍🏻，我們來的早，所以房間還沒有退出來，我們訂的樓層比較低。工作人員免費給我們升級得高樓層，點外賣也會有管家幫我們送到房間，強烈推薦。

酒店非常滿意！乾淨衞生，前台小姐姐還給我們升了房，無敵海景，這次來三亞真的是太滿意了，很舒服，下次來海棠灣還會住這裏的！

服務態度還行，但是不專業，設施不好，衞生間門關上就打不開，維修到凌晨一點，也沒修好，別墅不是很安全，不知道維修人員什麼時間進的房間，神不知鬼不覺的就把門打開了，太嚇人了，一點安全感和私隱都沒有，工作人員隨便進出，而且車停在自己別墅的停車位，出去還是要交費，很不合理！
