Place is very convenient if you want to close to the beach. The staff is friendly and always willing to help in any thing you need and very welcoming.

This hotel is located right inside the village along the main road. It’s perfect if you want to stay in Houhai and feel the village atmosphere like the locals. It’s a walking distance to everything, the beach, the restaurants the bars. The price is relatively cheaper than most hotels however if you come off peak season. It’s not fancy just average, pretty clean.

The owners were really friendly and happy couple.

Friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms

A lovely, budget stay in Houhai. Typically I stay on the beachfront and this was my first stay further back in the town. The rooms are a decent size and clean. The lady at the front desk was lovely and the facilities (can wash clothes if needed) are good. Located at the end of the main street it is only a couple of minutes from the beach and ideally located for walking back at the end of a night. The night life in Houhai is great and a big draw to keep coming back. Overall I think this is a great little budget hotel and I would stay here again.

大家千萬別點，這家店太坑了，提前辦理入住就讓你當天中午十二點退房，我在訂房的時候看到的是下圖，我凌晨訂的房，訂單顯示的就是5-6號，而且説的是“儘量在兩點辦理入住，可以避免退房高峯期”，沒有規定必須在兩點以後入住，然後我在辦理入住的時候，也和商家説了我能不能住到第二天6號中午退房，商家説可以（注：我是攜程下單，在我辦理入住的時候是商家審核我的個人訊息住房訊息和住房時間訊息的，既然我能成功辦理入住就不存在他一開始説同不同意這件事），然後在早上八點我出去吃早點的時候商家又突然告訴我衹能住到中午十二點，説他們這一片都沒這個規矩（注：我個人原因經常凌晨或者上午訂房，別的正規酒店不存在他這種規矩），也就是説他們民宿是以主觀個人規矩來執行，那麼攜程的到店時間和入住説明商家就沒打算遵守過，説白了就是欺詐消費者（既然不能辦理提前入住為什麼不能和我説明或者不讓我辦理入住呢？）等我辦理完了説不能退款不能續住，這不就是騙錢？ 最後我打了消費者協會電話和攜程客服轉主管給我解決，然後他們給攜程和消費者協會説的是我一開始就和他商量好了！他們店裡有監控但是明顯可以自己操作，最後是攜程自掏腰包給我退的錢，這種無良商家誰住誰虧死，而且我看辦件訊息裏搜這個覓海不止一個投訴，大家千萬別住，不然到時候吃虧想維權又麻煩！
