Sanya Haitang Bay Zifuyuan Seaview Resort Hotel (Yate Duty Free City)

It was okay. The guy that I added on to my wechat wasn’t very helpful. They said here before we booked our hotel room that it comes with a yacht package and that’s the most reason we chose this hotel but they didn’t deliver. They still expect us to pay more when we got there for the package (at least show this on the advertisement to avoid misunderstanding) and we didn’t mind but when we try to book 1 day in advance to go on the yacht, then they (hotel) inform us they don’t allowed foreigners on the yacht. I was not okay with that because they mislead us with information just to attract us to their hotel. The amenities weren’t fully equipped as well in the room. And we lost some of belonging in our room when we went out and came back. Tried to ask the hotel for help to ask the cleaners if they took it but it took them a long time to get back to us and when they did, all they said was we don’t know. The room was okay, not too dirty but also not too clean. It smelled really nice tho. Plus the beach is close by like 5 mins walk but it’s very boring there. There’s no activities to do just except just swim. For the location it was very hard to find any restaurant ( Chinese or western ) close by. We even ask the hotel For location to a food street but they kept saying they don’t know 🤦🏽♀️ in all, I would say I enjoyed 40% staying there but I won’t go back there again.

就在亞特蘭蒂斯隔壁，去水世界玩衹要走過去就行，且擁有和亞特同一片海景，性價比很高，房間空間大，樓下有泳池，適合親子家庭出遊

房間空間很大，包括衞生間所有必需品都很齊全，陽台上看海景很美，如果不是帶娃我都願意直接床上躺平看海景吹海風也很舒服😌自助早餐還可以，服務員都很棒，很熱情。離亞特水世界很近，衷心提醒大家一定要做好防曬！！！分分鐘成黑炭😼離海灘很近，早起可以去散步游泳🏊酒店內部的泳池也很乾凈，安全性也負責，娃兒一般都玩的不想走
