Overall great place but seems to be being neglected a bit. In either case, you and your folks can stay here and you will have an amazingly tranquil time. Wonderful place, but it is not five stars at all. Maybe according to popular Chinese standards, but not for western standard five star at all. I do highly suggest this place. Especially if you have children! Nice water. No sauna or steam rooms. Lame.

What an amazing experience! Very kind staff, great breakfast, very comfortable bed, great view. The hotel is a bit old comparing to other modern fancy hotels, but it has everything one needs and the price value is unbeatable! Loved the swimming pools and the hot spring.
Overall an unforgettable new year’s holiday. Thanks for all.

The hotel was beautiful! Picturesque landscapes and views. During our stay, the driving range, KTV room, and main Swimming pool closed. There were limited food options. Breakfast been the highlight of the day, there was no way really to eat for lunch. Only one club sandwich on the menu at the bar. When booking a resort, you hope to find more options for food and things on location. We still have to travel out to go and find good food. Luckily the area has got some good restaurants, and taxis were easy to get I will definitely stay here again if all the amenities are open.

The hotel has nice territory - big, green, with several beautiful swimming pools. The hotel staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Breakfasts are good. Prices in the hotel restaurants are reasonable and dishes are tasteful. There is a long stretch of the beach without any hotels just aside of this hotel where people can swim in the sea, surfing, etc. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel!

酒店很大，管家董煥人很好，一路帶路回房間，並耐心介紹酒店，入住期間管家也一直耐心負責，有問題都能及時反饋解決。整個酒店有好多棟客房，也有温泉和泳池、私人沙灘，不過浪大有離岸流不讓下海游泳。酒店房間很大，海景房視野比較好，不過整體裝修風格稍微有點老，可能是十多年前的了老。早餐也算豐富，整體不錯

三亞最後一站選擇了9號度假酒店，管家董煥提前聯繫還發了酒店到免税店、機場班車時間，讓我們能夠提前就計劃好行程。原本訂了普通的海景房，入住的時候幫我們升級了一房一廳的海景套房，太驚喜了！房間很大很乾凈，一歲的寶寶在房間爬得好開心，還有一個大圓浴缸，超級棒。酒店的無邊泳池很漂亮，加分！
餐食：酒店早餐款式多樣，現場煎的煎餅又大份又足料；大堂的缽缽雞味道不錯，性價比高。
服務：貼心，高效，入住期間每一位工作人員都非常熱情和有禮貌。
房間：能看到整個酒店園林和大海，送果盤，能提供寶寶浴盆和浴袍，自帶泳圈也能幫忙打氣。
還有，這是難得遇見大堂有無障礙通道！推bb車和大件行超級方便！！！

每年都會有一半左右時間在世界和國內，三亞海棠灣九號在酒店業絕對是翹楚。首先環境優雅宜人適合渡假旅遊，其次環境衞生超然，再其次是餐飲品質特別是早餐品質絕對是世界同級別酒店的第一名。年末再來三亞，一定再選海棠灣九號。

三亞旅遊淡季，不錯的酒店，這個季節人不多，園林特別大，整體就是東南亞風格的一個酒店，酒店的大堂也很氣派，三樓還有超市蠻方便的，設施設備整體齊全，衞生乾淨舒適，很棒，另外酒店的泳池很大，是個無邊泳池，還有特色的温泉，自己酒店的話也配備了沙灘，晚上海邊散散步很浪漫我覺得挺不錯的，另外管家小哥黃董煥在店期間服務熱情周到，有機會還會再來的~非常滿意
