酒店收的按金 打電話幾回了 酒店不退 告訴我按金條找不到了， 當天晚上你酒店直接收款碼 收的按金 怎麼找不到了？ 難怪説三亞全是坑。

一間垃圾酒店，大堂 電梯 走廊環境昏暗，枕頭床鋪潮濕，浴缸發霉，熱水要等，房間殘舊。我就不懂為什麼可以是5星級酒店。而且這價錢，還是訂附近萬豪皇冠等有信譽的酒店比較好，別相信網上圖片。

I had a lovely time staying here. The view from my balcony was amazing. My room overlooked the ocean , it was so full of life and excitement. I could see the ships, yachts and all the water sports.
In the night the view was even more spectacular with all the buildings being lit with colorful lights.
The room was really spacious, but a little older and a slight smell but as soon as the room was opened it was fine.I especially loved the his and hers bathroom sinks. The cleaner cleaned the room every day and changed towels etc.
The breakfast is good, could use a little more western options but it is in no way lacking.
The staff are really helpful and kind. They helped set up my friends birthday surprise in her bedroom .
The pool has a great view, nice place to chill at night. The only issue I had here is that there were no umbrellas available during the day to cover the pool chairs.

Great location. Great staff. Good breakfast. Large bathroom, large room. The hotel has potential to be an excellent stay but the technology and furnishings in the rooms need to be upgraded. The carpeted floors in the bedrooms need to go …

I stayed here for a total of three nights during the May holiday. The location of the hotel is in close proximity to the beach and restaurants for food. There are restaurants at the hotel if you chose to stay in however the taste is quite average or almost bland in some cases. The room space is awesome, lovely view, expect the fixtures to be worn and in some cases broken. That was disappointing especially when they bath leaked every time it was used casing a minor flood. Despite that, the staff there were very helpful and courteous. Sherry, thanks for all the assistance you rendered whilst there, you certainly made the stay smoother.

設施：非常完善，酒店配套設施的典範，亞龍灣5星酒店都比不過。紅酒，冰桶，酒杯，冰箱，保險櫃，浴袍，拖鞋，熨衣板，熨斗，可牽引網線，茶具，單獨小包裝的洗漱用品等等，一應俱全。
衞生：衞生極其乾淨，不敢相信10年前裝修的酒店保養的這麼好，幹區地毯，濕區下沉+防滑地墊2塊，超厚實，很舒適。
環境：尊貴大氣上檔次，房間巨大，太喜歡了，公區也很大氣，落客大坡道加熱帶植物，設計得非常豪華。
服務：一流的服務，服務人員都非常有禮貌有素質，辦事又快又好，在入住後還會打房間電話確認是否滿意，有什麼其他需要幫助的地方，就像在歐洲西餐廳用餐會有服務人員在用餐中問候一樣，賓至如歸。

房間很大，浴室也大，兩個洗漱台，衞生間的馬桶是方形的坐墊，坐着很舒服，還有個帶浴池的大陽台，泡在浴池，能看見海面的來回遊走的遊艇和遊艇上嗨歌的遊客，感覺很不錯！
