De kamer is oud en de föhn zit vol stof en kan geen haar föhnen. Het voelt alsof niemand hem al heel lang heeft gebruikt. De hoeken van de deur en de vloer waren gebarsten.Toen ik de wastafel voor de eerste keer opende, was het water grijs. De deur kan 's nachts niet op slot.

Ik had Huayu oorspronkelijk voor twee dagen geboekt, maar de prijs werd met meer dan 200 verlaagd voordat ik vertrok. Mijn vriend wilde annuleren omdat hij naar Sanya Bay wilde, maar het hotel weigerde te annuleren. Hij vertelde me dat als het vanwege de prijs, hij kon de oorspronkelijke bestelling alleen annuleren door een nieuwe te maken. Ik beet in de kogel en kwam hierheen, maar de faciliteiten waren oud en de geur van schimmel was hevig. Ik kon het niet meer uithouden, dus heb ik de hele nacht uitgecheckt. Ik kon het echt niet volhouden en het ontbijt was zeer beperkt. Het sloot om 10.30 uur en na 10.00 uur was er niets meer over. Ik raad niet aan hierheen te komen. De omliggende hotels zijn beter dan dit. De externe omgeving van het hotel is oké, maar het interieur is echt slecht. Stel de gasten niet teleur als ze niet uitchecken.

Strategic location. Close to everything. Beautiful views, very 'Bali' like. Staff can't really speak English though. Food is good. A ton of Chinese and Western options. 2mins walking distance from the beach. A shopping street right in the back of the hotel. Bike rental shops as well. Very family friendly. Not the best option for solo travelers perhaps. Pretty clean. Serivce in general is great. Parts of the pools were closed though, which was not mentioned when I booked it. I do reccommend though. I would definitely go back.

Great hotel choice and great value for money. Service oriented team, they hold what they promise. Great view. Clean rooms and great garden area. Lovely pool area. Nice frog concert to fall asleep with at night. Great for a romantic stay, enjoy alone, as couple or family. The concierge speaks very well English and is very helpful. 5* to him. Great breakfast - Chinese and international food. Near by are many restaurants with tasty food and a few shops too and just 10 min walk away from the beach. I would always be happy to return. Fun fact - I did actually return. 🤣🤩🤣.

Firstly the concierge at the front desk was easy to contact before arriving at the hotel. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary so I asked them to plan ahead whatever they could and they prepared some cake and a romantic bed setup. The front desk clerk was available at most times during the day if we had any questions or requests. The selected villa room was spacious and very comfortable. Room service did a good job daily and they were very understanding. The hotels facilities are pretty great. All maintained well. The location of the hotel is superb for yalong bay, it’s walking distance from the beach. The breakfasts weren’t bad either, and the breakfast time was up until 12:00 which is amazing. This was a fantastic experience and I’d recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Sanya for leisure.

I can recommend this hotel. Pretty near to Yalong bay beach, even they have service of towels and chairs in the beach. Service is really nice, my room was beautiful and clean. Breakfast is good as well, chinese and western food is offered. You can walk to the beach, enjoy the mall next to the resort! Everything is convenient. For sure I would love to go there again! Is not close to the center but you can go and back easily in didi.
