Pro: entire vila with 4 rooms. A lot of spaces for the price. Room services and delivery is very good, 5 stars there. The space is clean. Security is good as well.
Con: the slap doors are in not good condition and hard to close/ open but it’s not a big deal since there is no need to open anyway. The swimming pool is useless.
Overall, I would recommend this place, especially for family.

This villa is great, such a relaxing location and many places to chill out! The hotel staff were friendly and brought deliveries to the door. They also picked us up in a cart to leave hotel.

Had a great time at these villas. The butler Xiao Chen was very helpful with our pre arrival and during the stay. Will definitely come back to visit. Thank you Ciao Chen!

This villa is perfect for a group of friends or families to go and enjoy Sanya. It is very big and the swimming pool in your own private garden is perfect. Down the road from a shopping centre with great restaurants. Walking distance from the beach. We will stay here again.

在亞特蘭蒂斯和仁恆皇冠之間，小區後門出去就是海棠灣海邊，這邊海灘需要刷卡進入。 小區很漂亮，很安靜，管家服務很好，會接送，幫忙取外賣，每天打掃，打掃時會幫忙把全屋空調打開，晚上回到房間時很涼爽。 有三個卧室和一個保姆間，每個卧室都帶換衣間和衞生間。

別墅很大，通訊靠吼，家電齊全，三層4卧4衞二廳，還有室外空間。開放廚房，不能用燃氣，有個電磁爐和電飯煲可用。別墅區綠化很好，風景宜人，開車去林旺農貿市場15-20分鐘。可以去仁恆皇冠的公共泳池玩，也可以開車去周圍酒店玩水，比如香格里拉的水滑梯。
缺點：叫電瓶車有點慢，有時要等5分鐘。去沙灘有2道門，第一套別墅區的卡就行，但第二道得用仁恆皇冠的卡才行，晚7到早9沒人看守時就沒法過去，除非蹭卡，但這段時間不曬才想去海灘。

認真評價一下。
前台和管家小陳很負責，幾乎是有求必應，外賣送上門，沙灘隨時接送。
整個別墅區安保很好，很安全。
環境一流，小缺點有但是勝在性價比一流，衞生也OK，每日有保潔上門。
距離沙灘很近，非常適合一大家子度假。
最讓我感動的是跟他們説泳池有點渾濁，他們二話不説就來換水解決問題了，真的值得滿分。

環境：在仁恆置地別墅區內，整個社區很安靜，管理也很規範，沒有閑散人，安全感十足～離海灘很近，家裡長者每天兩次海灘散步，很方便～
設施：別墅有三層，三個房間，-1兩個房間和2一個房間，每個房間都有自己的衞生間，所有人都能獨立活動，完全不用顧忌會吵到，也不用顧忌生活習慣不一樣，想我家兩個長者休息的很早，住在2層，其他人該幹什麼都可以～
服務：小區是人車分流的，所以車停在停車場後管家會派擺渡車接送，去海灘也是，一個微信就到家門口等着接了，很方便，然後外賣也會幫忙從外賣櫃取出放到家門口，主打一個住進去就不用自己幹一點～
衞生：每天都有阿姨來打掃衞生，連別墅最容易出現的螞蟻也沒有，很欣慰，水池的水也很乾凈，狗狗玩的很開心。
