This was my second time coming to the Mangrove tree resort and I can’t stress more how amazing this resort is! The first time I came I haven’t seen the street food street but this was a wonderful surprise because you don’t even have to leave the resort to eat out which I found really convenient! Definitely a place to consider when going to Sanya!

The front desk was very helpful. For the price we enjoyed our stay. Restaurants may be ready to open now. Breakfast was pretty good. Bathrooms are the interesting glass ones they seem to like here. Not our type. The modern lobby look needs to be refurbished. They threw in waterpark tickets for free so we had a good time. But if you pay full price for the waterpark expect to be disappointed. Only 2 slides working. Lazy river and wave pool are good and clean, though. Cinema and kids park next to the hotel. Great spot for families, if they continue to open up and provide a little more maintenance, etc. to the entire resort.

這家酒店位於市中心，交通便利，附近有動車站和公交站，離機場也才十公里，出行非常方便。酒店周邊有許多餐廳、購物中心。靠近海邊，但需要打車3公里左右，大概花13-15元左右，非常適合商務和休閑旅客。
2.設施齊全，現代化設計
酒店設施非常齊全，包括健身房、游泳池、會議室、會展中心等。房間設計現代化，裝修時尚，非常舒適。每個房間都配有寬帶網絡和高清電視，就非常適合工作和娛樂。但是房間連結Wi-Fi第一次來的話可能需要人交一下尤其是年紀偏大的 3.酒店環境優美，綠化好
酒店周圍環境優美，綠化狀況非常好。讓人感到非常舒適和放鬆。此外，酒店還有休息場所供客人休息和聊天。
4.安全可靠，保障旅客安全
酒店安全措施非常到位，有嚴格的安保制度和預案。前台有24小時值班人員，在我凌晨辦理入住的時候，前台蕙婷的服務態度也很好，酒店周邊也有監控設備。這些都為旅客提供了安全保障，讓旅客能夠在酒店內安心居住。

在前台蕙婷為我辦理入住的時候主動詢問我是否要加上管家微信以及對房間需求 ，如果帶小朋友是否要補齊小朋友的洗漱用品跟浴巾浴袍之類的，讓我在旅遊期間輕鬆了很多
再説缺點，酒店可能比較久沒翻新了，大堂比較陳舊，但不影響整體感官，房間內的那個洗臉盆操作不是很懂的🉐️需要客房人員來教，房間贈送的水樂園進去之後可玩項目不是很多，有一些是要在進行第二次消費，但好在工作人員會在玩之前給我提示要收費的項目再説缺點，酒店可能比較久沒翻新了，大堂比較陳舊，但不影響整體感官，房間內的那個洗臉盆操作不是很懂的🉐️需要客房人員來教，房間贈送的水樂園進去之後可玩項目不是很多，有一些是要在進行第二次消費，但好在工作人員會在玩之前給我提示要收費的項目，按照現在淡季的價格來説是性價比很高的一家酒店

步入三亞灣紅樹林，在熱帶雨林之中，各式各樣的東南亞風格建築羣，頗具特色。度假區是綜合體，商超，美食，娛樂，住宿集於一身，個人非常喜歡這種一站式的體驗。入住體驗非常好，表揚椰林酒店前台員工Chloe，給我耐心講解園內各項設施，態度熱情貼心，給予表揚。

很喜歡我們的管家吳娜小姐姐，圓圓的小臉蛋特別可愛，給我們安排的房間也很好，一樓的泳池早上八點開一直到晚上的十點，白天太曬，晚上去游泳剛剛好，很舒服。想到酒店裡麪還有一家很不錯的烤鴨餐廳，麪皮包着鴨肉吃也太美味了。吃飽了正好到商街裏面走走逛逛消消食。
