The location of the hotel is quite nice, not too far from the airport and in a big community, a few mins walk away from the beach. There is a pool which is pretty big but it is only open from 14-19 and you have to pay 20 RMB each time which wasn't mentioned before. If you come with a big family for a longer stay, that's pretty expensive. I just stayed there for 2 nights because I wanted to stay in a hotel closer to the airport and that was okay. I wouldn't recommend it if you wanna stay in the place for a longer time - it was a little dirty, the pictures look much nicer than the place itself. The furniture is very "Instagram" but at the end of the day pretty basic, especially because I booked the honeymoon room. The washing machine and the balcony were nice though. Also the staff was nice.

I was very good trip to Sanya. I found very good apartment with kitchen, shower, living room and nice view to the sea. Everything was perfect. Thanks!

第一次差評，首先房間和圖片不一樣 ，看後面兩張圖對比多明顯。衞生間和地板真的都不想下腳，特別地板太噁心，灶台就不能好好刷刷嗎 ，房間價格也不便宜至少要乾淨衞生。真的欺騙消費者。

小區位置不錯，對面就是海，樓下就有商店和吃飯的地方，距離椰林長廊很近。房主很好，去樓下接並幫忙拿行李。小陽台還有秋千孩子很喜歡。房間還有大的投影，躺在床上看電影，面朝大海的感覺真好。掃了個小電動自行車帶着孩子穿越三亞灣，並跑去了免税店，晚上路過美食街，飽餐一頓。

很方便就找到了
服務：很好，退房當天飛機點比較晚，行李寄存在前台，工作人員態度非常好
環境：有家庭住宿的感覺，生活氣息很濃厚。
門口就是三亞灣路，過了馬路就是沙灘，三亞灣人有點多，所以比較熱鬧
吃飯，往後走兩條街，四中那邊很多餐館，超市也不是特別遠
交通很方便，出小區左轉沒多遠就是公交車站台，打車各種都很方便
三亞灣的沙灘質量有點差，不建議想下海人把三亞灣呆的時間拉長。

房間大，能看到海，但是房間設施老舊，裝修一般，衞生間不是很乾凈，毛巾都是壓縮毛巾……不是很值價

老闆人很好，當天下雨我們到的早，老闆主動接我們幫忙拿行李，因為訂的房間還沒有退房，老闆看我們帶着小朋友，主動幫我們升級了兩室的房子還幫我們提前辦理了入住，借雨傘給我們用，很感謝老闆。房間也很贊，空間大，可以做飯，有專門晾衣服的小陽台，客廳窗户可以直接看到大海，坐在陽台看大海的感覺很贊。下次來還會繼續選擇這裏。
