Hyatt Regency Sanya Tianli Bay

Kamerhygiëne: Het nachtkastje in de hotelkamer is nat Lawaai: We wonen in gebouw 5. Als de deuren en ramen van de kamer gesloten zijn, is het geluid de hele nacht tot 3 uur 's nachts om de paar minuten te horen en gaat het door om 6 uur 's ochtends. Je kunt je het tafereel voorstellen om te zien of je in slaap kunt vallen. Beddengoed: we zijn vaak in Sanya geweest en verbleven in het Ritz-Carlton/Sun Bay Park Hyatt/Atlantis/MGM/Shangri-La/Sheraton/Hilton/Conian, enz. Het bed van Hyatt Tianli Bay. De kwaliteit is het slechtst, niet vanwege de esthetiek, maar vanwege het comfort, vooral de kussens, die de laatste zijn. Mijn vrouw en ik voelen ons extreem ongemakkelijk in onze schouders en nek als we 's ochtends wakker worden. Het is zo erg. Ontbijtservice: Omdat het een vijfsterrenhotel is en het Lentefestival is gepasseerd, staat er nog steeds een rij bij de ontbijtdeur om het nummer te bellen. Er staat nog steeds een rij bij de deur om 9.30 uur, wat mij echt verbaasde. Na zorgvuldige inspectie bleek dat de schoonmaakdienst van het restaurant het niet bij kon houden. Niemand was de tafels aan het afruimen die naar buiten kwamen. Alleen de ober bij de deur die de rij leidde, vroeg schor of iemand buiten wilde zitten. Restaurantfaciliteiten: De voorkant van de stoel was nat en de ober heeft deze niet gecontroleerd en behandeld. Zie de foto voor details. Ontbijtvariëteit en -kwaliteit: Het is onnodig om te zeggen, kijk maar naar de foto's van het eten op de maaltijdbladen. Ze zijn in principe leeg. Deze vijfsterrenwaardering is acceptabel... Samenvatting: De service in de gastenkamers en restaurants is verre van vijfsterren. De hygiëne van de gastenkamers en restaurants is niet op niveau en de slaapkwaliteit is slecht. Je moet zorgvuldig kiezen.

This hotel sits on a sprawling piece of land with its own private beach. Many claimed that the location is far but hey, it's an oasis on its own - privacy, excellent amenities and walking distance (20mins) to Tianya Haijiao ! Didi is readily available to go places and very affordable. I waited max 3 mins to go Sanya Romance Park and Nanshan Guanyin. I think, both around 45mins drive. From Sanya railway station, I think same too. Phoenix Airport is just nearby. Location is perfect for me. Hotel is new and all are new and gives a luxury feeling to guests. The moment you entered the hotel, you are greeted with awesome sea view. One intern Sanjita (from Nepal) was onsite and she tried her best to make overseas guests at home. Good job ! Oh.. there's no convenience store or shopping area nearby so please be prepared.

Hotel was a little far from the city but it was quite east to get didi! Breakfast was quite gd!

We have stayed in Hyatt Regency Sanya for four nights! From the beginning Becky from the front office has accommodated every single requests, from transportation to anything we needed while we were staying there! The staff are just amazing! They always go over and beyond their duties to make sure we had a pleasant stay and we did indeed! Special thanks to Jeff to help us for all deliveries we ordered to the hotel and Kevin who came all the way to the airport to drop off our tablet which we forgot to pack in rush. If you want to feel at home in a beautiful seaside area don’t think twice about this hotel. My family had a best time and it’s mainly because of the caring staff who made it possible! Thank you All 👏😊

I would like to start with disadvantages: 1. The pool was closed to renovation the whole time I stayed (9 days). As a compensation they gave me 100 RMB voucher for restaurant. So basically just one sandwich. 2. They forbid swimming in the sea. I choose this hotel exactly for the private beach. But why do I need beach if I cannot swim there. The baywatcher always yelled at me even if I went to the sea to the level of my hips. It was very disappointing. Now to the advantages: 1. The hotel gave me english-speaking manager Sanjita, very nice girl who helped me with any issues I had. I am very thankful to her. 2. The location is perfect for me, very far away from noisy and crowded places. The next bus stop is a beautiful park "At the world's end". Note that there are plenty of activities! So you can go back there regularly. 3. Cool breakfast with anything you can imagine. 4. The hotel provided me two gifts: one is a round trip to Duty Free Mall (NOTE: the prices are not duty free! There is a plenty of shops, but the prices are average or higher than in any other Mall). And the second one is a "free photoshoot", and yes, it is free if you choose only 5 photos. BUT! They retouch ALL of your photos. And suggest you to keep only 5 for free. Otherwise it's 80 RMB per photo. 5. The Meituan delivery is automated, you don't need to search for your delivery guy - they send you a code for the delivery locker and you pick up your delivery any time. 6. Very clean, very lovely room and inner territory. Very friendly stuff.

It’s amazing resort , luxury in every thing. Furniture and interior of this hotel is brand new. Every corner is separate story. The rooms are big and comfortable. Hotel is quiet and you can listen to birds starting from the early morning. They run a music at night also. Really it’s perfect place for holiday. They have also children club free. Kids enjoyed many activities during our stay I strongly recommend this hotel for everyone. Nice experience in Sanya .. best place for relaxing

The hotel is very new and cleanness is outstanding. When you enter the gym you have the feeling nobody else entered it before. The pool and the garden are very nice and well arranged. Specially need to mention perfect service at the lobby bar by Tiffany. Also big Thanks to Sanjita for answer all our question and helped for any inquiry. All in all a 5+
