Myself and my wife stayed for a week at this Hotel at the end of September 2023, at a time when the resort was winding down towards the end of the season. It is a small friendly Greek family run Hotel situated on the beach of Perissa bay. It is slightly out of the main area of the beach but only a couple of minutes walk if that to the start of the main area of shops, bars and restaurants. It is a low level Hotel with basically 3 floors, Ground level, basement and 1st floor which you can see from the photographs. It is attached to a similar hotel. The Hotel is run by young staff who run it efficiently, and nothing is too difficult for them to help make your stay pleasant. The are very friendly and it was a pleasure to meet them. The Hotel is directly opposite the beach and has its own beach bar serving drinks/snacks etc. Sunbeds and parasols are free to Hotel guests. We stayed on the beach most days and had a few drinks and snacks during the day. Staff do encourage passers by to use the facilities. Even though it was quiet they were busy most days during the day. People can also use the pool rather than the beach. No issues during our stay but I don't know if it was a problem in high season. Rooms We were given a superior room even though there was just two of us, possibly because it was quiet. Our room had 3 beds. See pictures. It was spotless. The rooms were cleaned and tidied every single day. Small fridge to keep water etc. Hairdryer, safe (No Charge) Tv, limited English channels. Big difference to other places is that the water for washing, showering etc is saltwater as the island has no lakes for freshwater, It is treated but it is still saltwater. We found the beds to be comfy. The rooms are on 3 levels. There are some which are below ground, a middle level which we were on Room 24, and a 1st storey level. All are accessed by using steps. There are a few rooms near the office where you only have to go down three steps to get to. The hotel I would say is not wheelchair friendly. Also the dining area is below ground level and is accessed by a short flight of stairs. We stayed bed and breakfast. Breakfast was more a continental style, with breads, jams, cheese, hams etc. Boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, beans. Greek yoghurt, peaches. Pastries, sweet and savoury. 3 different cereals, fruit juices. It was fine for us, we loved it. The coffee was very strong and we found half a cup, then a bit of hot water then milk made it better. The beers and drinks along with the food options are on a par with other similar places. The pool is a small saltwater pool which was lovely and clean. Parasols and sunbeds by the pool are decent. Generally it is a quiet, low key hotel which is suitable for people wanting a laid back, quiet relaxing holiday. Just what we wanted. There is no animation team, no aqua aerobics, no pool games, there is just no hassle. During our stay there were no nights of noisy guests returning, no bad behaviour and I saw no issues. Wo
