This hotel can rival 4 star hotels. We stayed here in May on a family holiday and our rooms were spacious with tables and chairs on the patio. The location was walking distance to perissa beach and there's a bakery across the road open till late. The swimming pool wasn't exactly clean when we were there but it was very pretty and looks exactly like the pic. Breakfast was a decent spread with something a little different each day. Perfect hotel for a beach holiday and close to bus stops to explore the island, highly recommend this hotel to others but I would pick a month in the year that has more than 1 bus running every hour.

Peaceful Stayed here for 4 days and loved every second. The pool is lovely and big and has also a smaller pool and Jacuzzi. The rooms are very basic and a little on the small side, as not much storage but for us this wasn’t too much of an issue as we hardly spent much time in there. Everyday the cleaner came making it lovely and clean leaving us with fresh towels each time. The hotel is in the perfect location to take a 10minute walk to Perissa beach where you can find lots of nice restaurants on the beach front. Supermarket if you want to buy snacks for the room. It was also straight forward and easy to catch the bus into Fira and Oia. The staff were amazing and really friendly,nothing is a bother for them, can't do enough and the bar food was lovely! Club sandwich was one of the best I have ever eaten. Trips : Done few trips best one was the all day one, where visit the monastery, views fantastic 👏. Then on on to lovely little village, sorry can not remember the name. So picturest and lovely coffee bar and restaurant. Then on to the excavation site, it was amazing, the history of the town uncovered was a site to see. Then on to Feria for lunch, again the views stunning, so yes bring a camera. Lots of shops to but gifts too. Then on to OIA for the sunset, one word beautiful, but make sure you wear comfortably footwear as you will be climbing and walking so much on the day. Second trip to the volcano was OK hell of a hike so not for people with health issues. Then on to swim in the sea hot springs they call it, was not impressed with this stop, as soon as you got in the sea to swim to the spring you were called back to boat. Back on boat to go to another beautiful place for lunch, then back aboard and home. They need to cut the time at volcano and lunch to allow more time in the hot spring, would have given this trip high score but not good value for your money.

What a lovely hotel. The staff cannot do enough for you. The room was cleaned every day & they showed us room options which was very kind. There was fridge & space to hang clothes. The pool was nice. Location was short walk to perissa centre & beaches. Be careful of road as busy. Bus stop few mins walk & takes about 20-40 mins depending if you catch the express or slow one that stops in villages. We caught both as we were not in a rush & it was nice to see the other villages. I would recommend this hotel.

A great hotel located a short walk away from all the places you'd want to visit in Perissa. Rooms are fairly basic, but clean, comfortable and air conditioned. The pool area is spacious and very pleasant to laze around. By far the best feature of the hotel are the staff who work there. From the minute we arrived to the minute we left, they couldn't do enough for us. Whatever we asked for, all they wanted to do was help and make our stay as pleasant as possible. Every member of staff from receptionist to room cleaner to breakfast bar waiters were the same and it was a pleasure to be around them. We would return for that reason alone - well done all !

Everything about this hotel is great. The room are basic. But you don’t spend that much time in there. They are cleaned everyday and the staff are great. The pool and pool bar are just what you need to lazy around the pool. Everything you need is just down the road from the hotel. The roads outside are busy so just take care. Would go back here again.

Five of us had a 10 night stay. What impressed us most was the attentiveness of the staff, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms, whilst basic, more than do the job and are cleaned daily with fresh towels etc. Refrigerator and air conditioning in the room were most welcome. Breakfast was varied each day with some local delicacies. The pool was lovely. The real surprise though is the poolside food. It is cooked freshly to order and we never had a disappointing lunch. And the French Fries? Honestly the best we had on the island - no restaurant we ate at came close to them!

Such a good hotel, reasonably basic accommodation but clean and well maintained. Peaceful, quiet and friendly. An awesome pool which allows for a good swim session. The views are to die for. A good pool bar and the staff are amazing, so welcoming and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them. Will definitely return next year.

Well what can I say. This has been one of the best holidays we’ve ever been on. This hotel is amazing. Ask for a pool view before you arrive as staff are happy to accommodate. The staff go above and beyond for every single person and nothing is ever too much bother for them. Our rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels. The pool is amazing and we never struggled to find a sunbed. The location is prefect, just a 15 minute walk away from the beach where you will find amazing bars and restaurants. This hotel was an amazing find and I would 100% return again. Thank you for an Amazing trip and I will be reccommending this hotel to anyone who thinks about visiting Santorini.
