Terrible service. Did not tell us the correct prices for transfers. Were not available. Towels never clean. Shower was overflowing all over the bathroom. And to top it all off, they made us move rooms on our last night without notice. Came back to the hotel and had to pack in a hurry to quickly tranfer rooms. Would never return there or recommend the hotel.

I would highly recommend this hotel!! I’m just back from a week there and everything was perfect from start to finish! When we arrived we got an upgrade to the junior suite with a spacious balcony which I loved. The staff here are so helpful & always smiling - definitely the nicest staff out of all the hotels I stayed in. The cocktails were 10/10 & the service was something else. The beds in the pool are so comfy and aren’t hard to get . The hotel is also so so clean!! I would 100% stay here again I loved everything about the hotel❤️

We came with two teenagers stayed in the honeymoon windmill deluxe suite kiddies stayed room above. We had our own pool which made it special aswell as the amazing staff On arrival was Eric who addressed our concerns with noice of the planes and the windmill which echos but we landed late and was tied we totally forgot about planes the next day and just enjoyed our pool and surrounding, car recommend to explore this beautiful island a massive thank you to Kelly and manager Stavros for been super helpful and made our stay very special. We are honestly sad to leave been a great holiday and hotel ❤️

Pour notre 1er séjour à Santorin,je recommande cette hôtel pour son accueil, son confort, ses services ,sa gentillesse... ect...situé prés de l'aéroport,à quelques minutes de Kamari (plage de galets noirs)l'endroit est tout simplement magnifique. Petit déjeuner top, piscine avec des ilots parfait pour se détendre, service très conviviale. Mention spéciale pour la réceptionniste (Maria) pour ses précieux conseils que nous avons suivi et apprécié. Merci à tout le staff....reception, service, personnel de nettoyage...ect Toute notre gratitude pour ce séjour d'une semaine exceptionnelle. De la part du couple portugais/français/suisse

Best holiday experience.. the hotel was beautiful with extremely friendly and helpful staff. A great positive vibe making you feel very welcome. Location was great with all best locations easily accessible. Food was great, bedrooms very spacious and comfortable. Would highly recommend and would love to go back again.

Très bel hôtel bien situé...Personnel très souriant,disponible, attentionné...très bon et beau buffet le matin....magnifique infrastructure, piscine,jacuzzi...Propreté dans les chambres et l'ensemble de l établissement irréprochable.Point d'amelioration que nous suggérons..Mettre une navette gratuite pour les clients aéroport hôtel .Un grand merci à karina,Christina,Géorgia et kelly pour leurs sourires et leurs gentillesse

Just returned from a fabulous 5 night stay with my Fiance. We had the best time on our first visit to Santorini ❤️ the hotel is gorgeous we got upgraded to the junior suite it was fab. Room cleaned every single day. The hotel staff are all so friendly and very helpful. We hired out a quad through reception it was class got to drive around the whole Island. The hotel bar and pool area is so cool. Great music and very well made cocktails thanks 2 Cosmos the bar man absolute legend! We got a drinks package and had unlimited drinks for 2 days well worth it saved a fortune 😁 so glad I chose this hotel and hope to return some day again 😍
