Excelent location. They make you feel like home. Complete breakfast every day. Ample rooms/mini apar**ent. Great restaurant within walking distance. Safe neighborhood. You just can't go wrong in this place. Next time in Santo Domingo is a must. It's been my home away from home for years and will continue to be. No other place like Plaza Florida Suites.

This is my fourth stay in Plaza Florida Suites. Not many travelers know about this jewel in Santo Domingo. The rooms are big, the beds are comfortable, the location is great. But the best feature of the hotel is the great staff. Always exceeding your expectations. I will return.

Great hotel , very clean , friendly staff
The only thing I noticed they should improve is the breakfast menu , more options should be offered. But overall it was fine.

I book with ******* I have my ID but didn’t have my passport the hotel stuff didn’t want to check me in Also the hotal staff didn’t change pillow case it’s smelly
