Upon the arrival (at 6 pm) I was told that the hotel was full. It didn't matter that I had a prepaid reservation. No assistance with finding an alternative place to stay nor helping with transportation. They didn't care at all that they made a mistake.

Felt like I was staying at a cheap motel, it smelled bad and the night assistant did not give me the room I payed for. Bad service and unprofessional. But for good price and in desperation is reliable

I didn’t like the same breakfast every day and the service, sometimes I had to wait for clean towels. But I like the way they clean every day. The room was always clean!!!

Be aware that this place does not accept credit cards so make sure you bring enough cash if you still decide to book at this hotel. The location is a bit sketchy especially at night. You can skip the breakfast because it is a joke. A small piece of sandwich with a little scrambled egg and 2 very small cups of water and juice. But the worst part is the horrible elderly man who serves the food, very unfriendly and mean. Will I stay here again if I come back? Probably not.

I gave them 5 starts, not because it's the best hotel or because it's a 5 start hotel. But for the price I paid this was worth it we only stayed for 10 hours to sleep over night in the city. But the place is close to a lot of places and you get what you pay. If you are looking for luxury don't come here. If you're looking for comfort either but for an economy option to stay over night was perfect.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. It is noisy due to its location however you will be at walking distance from beautiful tourists areas.
