酒店的位置離機場非常遠，打車大約一個半小時。酒店背後有一個大型商場，餐飲購物非常方便。早餐選擇的餘地不是很多，房間比較緊湊，是中央空調。

Todos los servicios muy bien con excepción de las instalaciones, viejas y sin mantenimiento a mi opinión urge una remodelación a todo el hotel en general

Ibis is one of my favorite stays, affordable, simple and clean. Well... not this time.
Smelly room, smelly sheets, dirty fully dirty towels, smelly towells, a cockroach in the shower, lime in the sinks... bad. I love this hotel chain it is not the brand I am sure this is a management issue. I have pictures if needed. Thankyou.

They offer Pet friendly service but they do not provide any bed, meal or water. Just the access of the pet into the same room. They also asked for a deposit amount in cash of $1000.00 MXP to cover any damage the pet could cause. Finally they did not provide any receipt of such cash. At the check out they give us back the cash without any inspection of the room. This procedure at all does not make any sense.

The room is small and the "double beds" are smaller than you'd expect but everything was clean and the hotel is in a convenient location.
