El lugar no tiene pileta habilitada, ni asador, y salió muchas veces en noticias sobre asesinatos ocurridos, lleno de narcos y ***********, es peligroso. Llegamos y nos encontramos con esta situación… la verdad es de terror..

As fotos são excelentes. Vende-se uma coisa e ao chegar no local é totalmente diferente. Banheiros que não funcionam. Ficamos em um que haviam dois quartos - um não funcionava e o outro era extremamente apertado além de vazar água por todo lado. Mal cheiro por toda parte.

Hotel caindo aos pedaços, se foi 4 estrelas, não é mais. Sem ar condicionado, sabonete, limpeza, nada, parece que você está num prédio na favela e não num hotel, seguranças são os recepcionistas e não sabem o formar nada. 5 noites de terror total, barulho nos corredores, batem na porta do seu quarto , meia note pessoas furando a parede , surreal para ruim.

Apartment looked super nice from the pictures but turned out to be extremely small. The pullout couch was barely a single and did not fit 2 people. There was no wifi. Access to the pool was also restricted and we were not able to use it.

We liked the service from Rodrigo who looked after every wish. We liked the proximity to downtown , the subways and the grocery store across the street. However the roof top pool was available by appointment only for a fee and never available when we wanted it. It should be free and available all the time. We enjoyed our stay at VIP very much.

The taxi driver Rodrigo was amazing. His service right to the apartment and check in was great. Never had better service

VIP is the wrong title
No coffee or Tea
No Soap or Shampoo
One towel for 2 people
No WiFi password in the room
More of a Council flat than VIP apartment
They need to improve their game

I've stayed twice, the location is great, all the people are very friendly and helpful. If I return to Santiago, I will stay in this place without hesitation. The apartment has everything you need to be comfortable.
