*Front desk staff was excellent, always courteous and very helpful *Apartment was very clean but could use an upgrade *Excellent neighborhood and safe location *Cleaning staff was top tier and very hospitable

Although the hotel is well located in Las Condes, there’s nothing special beyond that. Cleanliness is something that the hotel is definitely not aware of. Rooms are dirty, kitchen and bathroom are horrible. PLEASE don't book this hotel! Enjoy you stay at Santiago and book another hotel

It was very clean but the breakfast place is not in the same location it is like a block or two from the hotel.

Nice location. Breakfast was ok. They didnt clean our room/apartment every day, but every two days. That was a minus. As well that they tried to give us a different room until we complained (tried to gove us a smaller room).
Altogether it was ok but not as good as we expected.

Todos muito solícitos, dominam os procedimentos e são atenciosos, especialmente o Leandro. Ambiente agradável. A limpeza é muito bem feita, com exceção dos ralos da pia da cozinha e especialmente do banheiro, eventualmente é necessário higienizar o cifão, pois exala mau cheiro. Nos dois apartamentos que já fiquei vinha cheiro ruim destes ralos (quando escorre água é que o cheiro sobe). A micro geladeira deixou a desejar, como minha estadia era longa, é muito pequena e, congela os alimentos se aumentar o nível de esfriamento, porém se não aumentar não dá conta de manter um sorvete congelado, este fica em estado líquido. Para estadias curtas satisfaz. Sugestão para a TV, agregar serviço de streaming como Netflix, Star+ e Amazon Prime.

Apartamento , bem estruturado, com uma cozinha funciona e utensílios né acessórios para uma refeição completa Banheiros amplos, quarto grandes , sala de jantar e Star na medida além de bônus uma ótima varanda tudo superando as nossas expectativas positivas

Bonita estadia por 2 meses ...cerca a todo ...desayuno variado ...los apartments bien cuidados con todos los servicios como para venir con la familia ...Trato excelente ..lo recomiendo...Ah !! y almohadas de sobra

muy lindos y cómodos, ajustaría algunas cosas del servicio de limpieza, cambiar los toallones sin tener q pedir, y q estén mas atentas porque llegamos y habían dejado la puerta abierta, limpiar lo q no se ve a simple vista.Los apartamentos son excelentes y muy cómodos, el desayuno, aunque es en la otra cuadra vale la pena 100 % ir!
