Excellent and spacious hotel located right in the center of Santiago . Breakfast is delicious and staff are extremely friendly. It is in front of the metro station which is a plus to go anywhere in Santiago.

The hotel is good, clean warm welcome and supportive from staffs. The location is on the main road, have some small restaurants and street foods. Night market around the hotel location which is easy for visitor to buy some necessary materials such as, phone card, currency exchange and other souvenir. The room is clean

這家美居位於舊城中心地帶，優點是周圍旅遊景點如武器廣場等很多都是十分鐘左右的步行距離。地鐵口和公交就在旁邊；缺點就是經過的形形色色的人很多，治安情況可能比較複雜。
酒店房間比較大，早餐也算不錯，性價比也高。

位置非常好，去武器廣場、中心區和公園都很方便，房間也不錯，特別是早餐非常滿意，前台服務員很熱情周到！一次非常不錯的體驗！

服務超讚！英文可以通，不過有時候有些飯店人員腔調比較重，需要費點心思聽懂。房間很舒服，性價比高，衛生條件也ok。飯店隔壁就是地鐵站，非常方便！這一區人來人往，附近有非常多市場和商場，需要買什麼都買得到，很方便！飯店隔壁就是超商，看起來應該是24小時，需要什麼食物或飲料等，下樓馬上可以買。
飯店酒吧蠻舒服的！不是太大，但調酒價格ok，也好喝！坐著聊天也很舒服！調酒師會說英文。
整體而言感受很棒！以性價比而言，非常推這間飯店唷！

Excelente atención, instalaciones, desayuno y ubicación. Podría tener más alternativas de habitación familiar ejemplo 2 camas chicas y una 2 plazas etc.
Pero todo lo demás es muy bueno.

整體不錯，服務態度人員良好。有機會的話我可能會選擇在入住。加上地理位置不錯去什麼地方也很方便也有地鐵等等。
