The room was reasonable, and the breakfast didn’t have much variety but the location was great for someone that likes to walk around to visit!

the location is convenient for walking around the city. But there are many homeless on street. The front desk is really helpful and Facilities are old.

請注意避雷房間410，該房間內包含一個巨大的空調外機，晚上幾乎沒有辦法睡好覺。但是客房服務人員的態度還不錯，打掃也很負責。
請注意，該酒店位置並非非常安全的區域，我是第一次前來智利，幾乎所有的合作方都提醒我靠近武器廣場的區域不是很安全，需要注意手機。

房間的整潔程度總體一般，設施也很多損害，沒有空調。優點在於前台工作人員態度友好，地理位置好，其他乏善可陳。

Desayuno muy bueno, te lo llevan a la habitación potlr tema covid pero, llega caliente todo y justo en la hora. Personal amable y con buena disposición. Buena ubicación, camas cómodas, limpieza bien.

Dumpy, old hotel but has an excellent location, fairly inexpensive. Limited breakfast entrees. Reminded me of a hotel in the Cass Corridor of Detriot that smelled of "old". Staff were very nice and extremely helpful despite not much English spoken.

I liked this hotel a lot. The location is great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They also spoke english which made things easier for me.
I arrived at night and the area was a littlecreepylooking, but when I came out in the morning I found myself in the middle of a bustling shopping area. There were shops and outdoor seating to eat and many venders. I felt very safe in this area and had many places to choose from to eat. The hotel is old and the pictures don't exactly match, but it's clean, it smells clean. My room was freshly painted and looked great in the sunlight.
One negative would be that my mattress was lumpy, but I would stay again.
