The apar**ent was filthy. It clearly had not been cleaned in a very long time. The furniture/furnishings are decades old and stained. The air conditioner didn't fit in the window, so there was a direct gap to the outside. The a/c unit was broken and noisy. The kitchen was dirty and not equipped properly. The level of dirt was visible on doors, lamps and lamp shades, carpets in main building, on the refrigerator, and on the stove top. The bathrooms were old and dirty. The windows didn't close and the vanity and shower/bathtub are very old and worn out. I have NEVER seen such a dirty hotel/apar**ent in all of my years of travel. It was shocking. That this establishment would charge 4 or 5-star prices for such a disgusting apar**ent is shocking. Do not stay here!!

Very good location in Providencia. Nice street, quiet, near metro station, buses and shops and food.

Breakfast was included with our stay. The breakfast potatoes were really good. The fruit juice selection was amazing. I had strawberry juice each day of our stay. No mini fridge in room. Room was clean. Wifi included. Toilet sometimes had to be flushed more than once because it seemed to be running slow. Water pressure in shower good but not great. Front desk does speak English.

Staff makes an effort and is very polite, but there are multiple problems. Property is noisy at night. Cups and silverware were not properly washed on arrival. I had to ask 3 times for an additional blanket for the bed.

La ubicación es perfecta. La limpieza también. El trato de la gente es espectacular.
Las instalaciones son antiguas, le hace falta remodelación. El internet es pésimo. El agua en la ducha sale con una presión regular.
No la pasé mal pero buscaré otras opciones en mi siguiente visita a Santiago.

El departamento muy cómodo, limpio, el desayuno muy completo. la ubicación excelente, cerca de todo a pocas cuadras del mall Costanera Center. Lo recomiendo y volvería a hospedarme allí en alguna otra visita a Santiago.

La ubicación en providencia es excelente, barrio tranquilo se puede caminar en la noche y tienes a la mano tiendas supermercados, el metro, fruta, el costanera todo muy bien. La habitación que yo pedi, la más grande cuenta con mucho espacio para una familia con niños.
El hotel es ya muy antiguo, la habitación necesita urgente remodelación, piso, paredes, pintura, el baño, el lavabo se tapa, cortinas antiguas, sillas y muebles bastante usados. Bueno si estás buscando algo moderno y acogedor no lo logra. El desayuno todos los días es lo mismo exactamente, te entregan en el dormitorio tarrina de con jugo de cartón, leche descremada y un sanduche empacado al vacío de queso y jamón.
La atención del personal eficiente, rápida, te ayudan con cualquier cosa que necesites.
La limpieza muy bien sin ninguna dificultad.
