This hotel has a nice, friendly, and efficient staff. The rooms are spacious and have all what you need. The view from the window is very cute if you are in a high floor. The breakfast is good too. Location is perfect, just 250m from metro station Alcántara and 1 block from Apoquindo avenue where many buses pass by, and the region is very beautiful and quiet. The prices are very good for Las Condes quarter.

The Room can look a bit old and the hotel aswell but I like it personnally is different from all the other chains The manager is a nice guy i had a problems on my booking with the breakfast and he took care of it very quickly and breakfast is very good by the way I recommend

Pésimo dormir se escucha los baños, mucho ruido segundo piso muy mala opcion, recepcionista del Hotel al saber esto no dice nada, solo su cuenta es de.... Ojalá mejoren esta es mi segunda oportunidad que alojo, la primera en otro piso fue otra experiencia.

Tenía reserva de 6 noches por mi empresa y solo soporte estar 2 de las cuales no logre dormir nada, temperatura extremadamente elevada con aire acondicionado deficiente, habitación con alfombra y pared extremadamente sucias, colchón con notorio desgaste, almohadas duras y ásperas, habitación con fuerte olor a humedad y para variar la atención del personal bastante poco amigable. sin duda ha sido mi peor experiencia en un hotel, para nada recomendable.

Quarto com conforto razoável. Avisei sobre um vazamento na pia do banheiro e foi feito uma gambiarra em vez de resolver o problema e acabei ficando sem a lixeira. Café da manhã aceitável.
