Hotel con muy buena ubicación a Santiago + el Aeropuerto de Lavacolla. Buenos servicios. Aparcamiento sin costes extra. Personal agradable + profesional.

Eenvoudige kamer, maar met fijne bedden. Hotel is erg gehorig, omdat je de kamerdeur niet zachtjes kunt sluiten bij vertrek. Die vallen met een flinke dreun in het slot en dat merk je vooral ‘s ochtends vroeg als de eerste gasten gaan ontbijten of vertrekken en als de kamers schoongemaakt worden. Santiago heeft voldoende parkeergelegenheden, dus met de auto ben je binnen 10 minuten in het centrum.

reception staff went out of the way to help us. recommending where to go and how to find bus and train connections to get there. helped with time tables as well. the bus for the airport and the train station stops outside the door, the adult fare is $1 so made travel cheap and very easy. food was of excellent quality and quantity. we were on half board basis. room clean ,bed excellent, no english tv stations. lovely bathroom.

Buts are that they get your money as soon as you are registered. Thus if you have any trouble it will be left to your own deal. The counter is occupied by a seriour-to-angry woman impossible to describe. She makes you feel you are a thief. Besides that, the hotel is not bad at all maybe a little more expensive it deserves given is distant location from the center of Santiago.

Aparentemente un hotel con buena apariencia, pero la cama deja mucho que desear, hay pensiones con mejor descanso. Solicitamos que nos solucionaran el problema y optaron por cambiarnos de habitación, el cambio lo agradecimos pero al cerrar la persiana por la noche se calló un trozo de ladrillo entre la persiana y la ventana. El trato del personal muy bien.

Hotel muito longe do centro da cidade. Tivemos de andar de carro de um lado para o outro porque na cidade não há uber. Funcionários não são nada simpáticos. Quarto muito modesto. Suficiente para passar uma noite e pouco mais Limpeza razoável. Carta da cafeteria muito pobre.

Hotel que no entiendo porque tiene 3 estrellas. Está al lado de la carretera y se oyen todos los coches. La contraventana no cerraba bien, al igual que la puerta del balcón. El aire acondicionado estaba pegado con celo. Las puertas de las habitaciones hacían muchísimo ruido al cerrarlas. Cama y almohada correctas. Limpieza bien.

Buena ubicación, parada de bus justo en la puerta, tarda cómo unos 10 min en llegar a Plaza Galicia, el hotel está muy bien, el desayuno bufé aceptable tirando para bien, muy buena atención y buena calidad relación/ precio ( por poner un pero , le quedan por darle un toque de modernidad y mejora a las habitaciones). Lo aconsejo.
