A great place in a holiday type area. We were passing by and we’re able to do a late booking. Friendly staff and good room. Just beware of music in the entire area until 11pm/midnight. Great area for restaurants. Supermarkets and entertainment. Everything available just down the road

Was erg bezorgd nadat ik dit hotel had geboekt voor een reis met mijn vrouw, dochter en man en kleinkinderen vanwege een krap budget, lees een aantal vreselijke recensies die hier zijn aangekomen kamer wil klaar personeel was geweldig ging eten in restaurant Absoluut prachtig, toen was de kamer klaar heel gelukkige man kamers zijn schone keuken uitgerust maar oven niet aangesloten op bloedige gezondheid en veiligheid dochters kamer had geen koelkast ging naar de receptie een arriveerde in tien minuten niet een kleine maar een koelkast onder het aanrecht reiswieg gratis huurde een waterkoker voor de oude tas iedereen blij alleen een aanbetaling de kamers zijn enorm airconditioning briljant de maaltijden zijn fantastisch en gevarieerd voor elk wat wils en het hotelpersoneel is niet alleen geweldig daar geweldig het zwembad is aan de kleine kant maar groot genoeg ik heb er 1700 pond voor betaald deze reis voor zes personen volpension vluchten bagage transfers enz. slechts 3 dagen tot een 7-daags bezoek en op zoek om opnieuw te boeken al iedereen is blij de enige spijt is niet all-inclusive te gaan omdat drankjes duur zijn om te boeken mensen, je zult niet teleurgesteld zijn erg blije man die meestal erg moeilijk te plezieren is?

We gingen een paar jaar geleden met mijn familie naar dit hotel, het was een levenslange vakantie, we genoten van elk moment dat het hotel erg schoon was op het moment dat de zwembaden warm en mooi waren. Het interieur kan profiteren van een kleine opknapbeurt, eenvoudig maar werkbaar. Entertainment verstrekt echter niet zo geweldig beter dan niets, zou ik zeggen. Het eten is een absoluut verkoopargument voor dit hotel, als je een visliefhebber bent, is dit de plek waar je moet zijn ... heilige graal! het eten was uitstekend liefde, liefde. Het strand op loopafstand 5-8 minuten geweldig. Jongens, de gemeenschappelijke ruimte rondom was prachtig! elke avond kleedden we ons aan en gingen we op straat wandelen, elke avond. De straat was vol met toeristen en entertainment, straatverkopers, prachtige lokale winkels ha.. dames als je van winkelen of etalage houdt, ja Santa Susanna is de plek om te zijn, de energie was geweldig. Het was ook gratis om te gaan zitten en mee te doen met andere hotels voor amu*****t, wat onvergetelijk was, wat ik me nog steeds geweldig kan herinneren. Bovendien was er een FUNFAIR RIDES FOR KIDS in de nabijheid van de hotels. Er was ook een trein met gids, niet door het hotel, maar binnen de toeristische gemeenschappelijke ruimte die ons naar de heuvel in de woonwijk bracht om een klein stukje van de gemeenschap te bekijken, het was fenomenaal, deze herinnering verlaat me nooit. Ik ben echt dol op en waardeer alles. Ten slotte de waterfontein zoals te zien op de foto's, ja, ja als je van water houdt zoals ik, ons bad nemen bij stand pie en in de heilige heuvels van rivieren, dit is de plek om te zijn ... ik en mijn familie hielden enorm van en genoten van de fontein zo veel. Dit is een hotel waar ik zeker naar terug zou keren. Shalom -Als uw norm lager is, neem dan alstublieft de tijd om in uw personeel te investeren.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room was filthy. The bed was 2 singles pushed together we had to move rooms the first night as there was kids running up and down the hallway screaming and shouting and throwing stuff at the walls in the room next door. We went to talk to the person on reception and explained what was happening (it was 9.30 in the evening) he was very rude and said we can’t expect a kid to be silent (we didn’t expect children to be silent but we also didn’t expect them running up and down the corridor screaming shouting and the parents just letting them) they moved us to another room which was filthy mouldy 2 beds pushed together fridge was filthy floor was filthy and covered in hair the taps in the bathroom full of limescale, cracks in the ceiling and on the floor wallpaper damaged woodwork damaged. Staff were arrogant when we previously tied to complain and that made us not want to complain to reception I tried to complain through my app for love holidays but no one was ever available to speak. There was no kettle in the room. We put a complaint to the hotel when we got home for the hotel to respond that they disagree with our complaint and that they told us when we arrived that there was a kettle etc available for us to use that’s incorrect we asked and got told if we want a coffee etc we had to use the coffe machine which was 1.80 euro for not even a 200ml drink and for 2 days it didn’t work. We also used the bar bought drinks a female waitress brought our drinks we paid and she walked off with our change and didn’t bring it back. We felt intimidated by this as we only spoke English. I am taking my complaint further as when you see pictures of our room you will see why we were disappointed and for the hotel to say that the room was perfectly fine when it’s actually disgusting.

We were a little confused on arrival as we’d been informed that the hotel was located on the beach, but hey ho it wasn’t far too walk. We had 2 suites with 3 adults in each. The guy on reception was lovely , one of the best I’ve encountered,and I’ve stayed in many hotels worldwide. I wish I’d taken his name to give him a special mention but we never saw him again. The rooms are spacious but tired. I struggled stepping over the side of the bath into the shower as there is nothing to hold onto. The sink backed up in the kitchen after rinsing a cup but was quickly sorted by the maid. There are no cups or utensils in the room so even after hiring a kettle we had to go out and purchase cups to allow us to sit and have a coffee at night or morning when the restaurant/bar was closed. There are no views , all rooms look out onto other hotels so expect music / noise until the early hours. The hotel claims to be 4 star but it’s more like a 2. We stayed all inclusive, the food was dire. Cold and insipid, the best thing we ate during our entire stay was the onion soup if you put plenty of seasoning in. Breakfast looked like it had been cooked the night before then stuck under the hot plates to warm up. Thankfully you could make your own toast. The young girl who did the entertainment at night was wasted in the hotel. She had an amazing singing voice and was so full of fun. The young waiter/ glass collector was also lovely , we had such a laugh with these 2. The bar staff looked like they couldn’t be bothered to be there. Very limited choice at the bar, which they blamed on winding down for end of season which didn’t help the 6 of us. The barman in the restaurant should have been upstairs in the bar because he was fab. The pool is tiny with very few sun beds, there is a sun terrace but as you have to go all the way from floor 7 to 0 to get a drink ( pool bar only open mid season ) we decided to go to the beach everyday. You have to book your sun loungers at the hotel before heading off. It’s only a short walk but as a train line runs through the resort you need to be able to negotiate steps in the underpass. Not very good for anyone with limited mobility. There is a free bus ( but only mid season ). We had booked breakfast on the morning of our departure due to having a diabetic in our party. Our taxi driver called to say he would be collecting us earlier than planned, I nipped to reception to ask if it would be possible just to have one croissant in order that they could take their insulin. You’d think I’d asked for the world. The receptionist Maria tried to inform me that there would be no one in the kitchens even though the restaurant opened in 30 minutes. She was rude and abrupt stating we should have booked a takeaway breakfast. As we didn’t know the taxi driver would be altering the time why would we ? I even offered to nip downstairs and grab her one myself but she wasn’t having any of it. Eventually a breakfast bag was delivered to reception before

This was our third time staying at this hotel and once again, couldn't fault it at all! The rooms are spacious and clean, there are lots of varied food options at breakfast, lunch, and dinner (we were all inclusive) - always at least one fish, meat, and vegetarian option but more often two or three, and delicious. There is a tiered all inclusive system now which they didn't have previously, we were on the 'premium' which gave us a discount on cocktails rather than fully free but it was still more than reasonable and they were all lovely. There's also the free cocktail of the day for all inclusive members as well, not sure how this works for people who are on the other board options. The entertainment was great especially for kids, and the staff were all ace! One young lady in particular was brilliant, didn't catch her name though, but she hosted the bingo and the dance parties with the kids. Two of the bar staff in particular definitely deserve a shout-out--Miguel and Isaac were amazing and we had a really good laugh with them as our days went on. As always, the rooftop pool was clean, well-maintained, and more than enough loungers for everybody to enjoy. The hotel is close to the beach as well as lots of shops, bars, and restaurants. Overall we just had a wonderful time as always! We'll definitely be back, as will our friends who came with us for the first time.
