Everyone was very accommodating really easy to check and check out They even had a continental breakfast I have not seen a motel with a breakfast in a long time

The room has a water leak in the bathroom toilet bowl tank. While the service from the staff was great, wasting water is an item of high concern especially at a hotel where who knows how many other rooms are with the same unattended "low priority" right..? Because with all this torrential rain we're guaranteed water for a lifetime..?? WRONG!!!!

We travel with our fur baby and have always been welcome at the Sandman. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. Excellent and friendly staff. This is where we stay when visiting Santa Rosa area.

This property was wonderful. The room was very clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable as well. For thr price this hotel is a steal!

This is my second stay there in the last few weeks and will probably be staying again in the near future. It is a little difficult to find the first time because it is hard to see the sign. The breakfast is fine because I take it and go. The towels are one of the best things.

They are pet friendly which makes me very happy. And their rooms are clean and comfortable, just a really nice place to stay.

Nice room with your typical amenities. Very spotless and I love the design. Check in service is good as well. I just wish they had a bathtub instead of a lousy shower. It’ll be nice to relax in the bathtub after a long drive. That’s my only complaint. Other than that this hotel is great.
