Everyone was very accommodating really easy to check and check out They even had a continental breakfast I have not seen a motel with a breakfast in a long time

Rooms were clean and seemed to be newly decorated. The bed was comfortable. However, the small lights on either side of bed did not work and the outlet next to the bed was dead.(probably on the same breaker). The shower gel and shampoo containers in the shower were empty, the chair in the room was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was sub par, the only protein being a hard boiled egg; and the breakfast room had only one table that sat 6-8 people. The room numbers on the outside were so small you had to get out of your car and walk up to them to tell what they were. Very inconvenient in the rain.

Very cute and surprisingly affordable for the amenities, location, and decor/cleanliness. Will definitely stay again. (:
Would have liked some information provided on pool hours and a map of the property for easier navigation, but this is just a small recommendation.

Very clean and modern. Excellent value for all the amenities. Wish the continental breakfast had more offerings. Bed was very comfortable!

About 12 people in line at check-in and moved as fast as DMV. I swear nobody had ID or a credit card that was good

It’s a motel, not a hotel. Breakfast was terrible. You get what you pay for. It was a place to lay my head for the night.

The room has a water leak in the bathroom toilet bowl tank. While the service from the staff was great, wasting water is an item of high concern especially at a hotel where who knows how many other rooms are with the same unattended "low priority" right..? Because with all this torrential rain we're guaranteed water for a lifetime..?? WRONG!!!!

We travel with our fur baby and have always been welcome at the Sandman. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. Excellent and friendly staff. This is where we stay when visiting Santa Rosa area.

This property was wonderful. The room was very clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable as well. For thr price this hotel is a steal!
