Radisson Hotel Santa Maria

酒店外部看起來大氣，地理位置也不錯，離當地一個小機場很近。不用出酒店，就在酒店一樓一家餐廳很不錯，又方便，早餐也是餐廳裏點單，口味好吃。唯獨房間的設施實在太老舊了，中國人過去住這麼舊的酒店很不適應。

조용한 곳에 있던 조용한 호텔이었습니다. 어메니티도 좋고 산타마리아 가시는 분들에게 추천합니다. 호텔에 물은 두개 비치되어있고 미국이라 그런지 슬리퍼는 없습니다.

Do do the sale/changing of ownership, there was limited food service. However, the staff worked extra hard to make our stay very welcoming and accommodating with the limited staff available. There was 115 people in our convention group. Outstanding service.

The property shows a bit of age and could use some updating, but is a safe, reasonable rate and comfortable place to stay when in the area.

Although the restaurant was closed, the food remains awesome. Always a reliable and comfortable stay@

This hotel is like a place that used to be really nice 20 years ago and nobody kept it up. We stayed this weekend for a family event. When we checked in I asked basic questions about the pool hours, restaurant, etc. The staff didn’t have many answers but gave me a paper stating the dining room and bar were closed lunch and dinner both days we were there. I made plans with others based on those amenities so that was a huge issue. Next, There were tons of rooms and very low occupancy but they put us right next to the VERY LOUD elevator. The room was in need of serious upgrades. For example, the wallpaper was peeling off in several areas, there were only 2 working plugs in the room (the rest were behind furniture or broken), the bathroom didn’t have a fan and only 2 outlets. Our party included 4 people so the lack of outlets was a huge problem for charging and getting ready in the morning. The hotel common areas need a refresh as well. The whole place smells musty like the carpet needs to be replaced. We ordered breakfast “to go” Sat morning and it tasted like premade, reheated food. Not something I would expect from a restaurant. We went to the pool Sat night at 9pm (it’s open until 10pm). It was heated and had a hot tub, but no bathrooms so my son had to go wet, all the way in the lobby to use the restroom. Overall, we will not stay here again unless renovations are done. It was comparable to a 2 star motel.

The staff was very attentive and courteous. The hotel has not been kept up and shows it’s age. I had a very quiet corner of the hotel until a group of contractors checked in and I was surrounded by a rowdy group of partiers. I think the bar was closed on a Sunday night, so their rooms became the bar. I asked for a room reassignment the following morning and was granted my request.

I was disappointed , no bottles of water in room. I was especially disappointed no complementary breakfast. I was surprised that such a big hotel did not have this. Not sure will stay here again because of this
